Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

My family and I stayed at this beautifully renovated house in a quiet little village and absolutely loved it. It was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed for a very pleasant stay. The pool was the icing on the cake. Amaury and Stylite were excellent hosts and were very communicative throughout the stay. Anything we needed to ask they replied immediately. We would highly recommend this house and would love to visit it again.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

Antoine's accommodation was impeccable: very clean, well arranged and really pleasant to live in. Everything has been thought out for guest comfort. Antoine was always caring, available and attentive throughout the stay. An excellent experience, I highly recommend it.

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

We were 4 people and for 2 nights in Vitre. The accommodation with a great backyard is beautifully located at the foot of the chateau directly on a small river. From the outside, however, it is not possible to see how tasteful and high-quality the furnishings are. Everything necessary was available and in a clean condition. Communication with Lany and the check-in went perfectly. Will come again anytime

Very nice house. Exceptional green setting with terrace. Very quiet, even isolated (shops 10 min by car). We looked for the key box but we ended up finding it. 😂 Anne was very good, attentive to our welcome and a lady on site asked us if everything was okay. I recommend this accommodation for those looking for calm and serenity 30 minutes from Rennes by car.

Pleasant quiet stay, in a privileged setting, a park beautifully valued by Sébastien, a garden enthusiast. Accommodation in line with the photos, I particularly enjoyed the spacious veranda that gives the feeling of being in the middle of the trees. The wellness area is a plus for a good moment of relaxation.

We had a great stay at Laurence's, who is extremely friendly and welcoming, while being discreet. We were able to enjoy the pleasant outdoor area: garden and terrace. We felt like we were in a cocoon, both peaceful and joyful. Our 2 teenagers also enjoyed the welcome of all the inhabitants (dog and cat included!) without being disturbed by their presence... If we come back to Val d'Izé, no doubt we will come back to this charming hostess!

I came to Rennes to take a competition, and I had a great stay! The accommodation is 5 minutes' drive from the Exhibition Center, really great. It is set back from a main city axis, in a quiet street. Émilie even told me how to get to the shops on foot. The accommodation is very pleasant and well arranged. If I have a chance, I would come back without hesitation:)
