Monthly Rentals in Chattanooga

We had a long-term stay at a PMI property on South Broad that was wonderful from start to finish. Plenty of wonderful restaurants in walking distance, a Publix within walking distance, the Riverwalk within walking distance, and just a great place to go for a walk in general. I work from home and my girlfriend is studying for her doctorate, and this property was a Great place for remote workers, travelling students, Or even someone just passing through town. The staff is super helpful and responsive, and access was super easy and convenient. This place has everything you need, and it was a great deal price-wise.

Great location, clean and private. The host as willing and able to work with us on a late checkout. We appreciated that so much. Look forward to visiting Chattanooga again.

Very clean, charming, and cozy little spot tucked into a charming neighborhood on the hill. Loved coming back here after a night out to watch tv in bed😂 Felt right at home. Thank you!

Where do I start?! What a great condo! We were within walking distance of downtown and the River was amazing! Thank you for having everything we needed to cook our meals. We were so happy with the condo and location, we will definitely return!
