Cabin holiday rentals in Cheat Lake

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Beautiful home with plenty a space for 10 adults. Location was close to the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay! Close to Davis, Thomas, Dolly sods by any standards. Close to Seneca rocks, spruce knob and Nelson rocks by WV standards, lol. Everything was comfortable and clean, we loved the swing on the screened in porch! Make sure to call restaurants to confirm hours, Google/Apple Maps information wasn’t always accurate, but we found plenty to do and eat!

Better than we expected, this place was a tranquil destination. Pictures do not do it justice, the babbling brook, beautiful setting, community pond (with Koi fish), peaceful decks and comfy furnishings easily make this a 5 star air bnb! We will be back!! Thank you for giving us a quiet place to unwind and close enough to enjoy all the DCL area has to offer!

Mary’s place was the perfect get away. Everything was there for you and if you still wanted to use your phone she provided WiFi. TV worked great no issues there. Ponds and yard were beautiful. Nice big hot tub Plenty of room for a family of 6 and there’s even a bathroom and an extra shower up in the loft bedroom area. Nice information in her book and it was fun reading other guests experiences. Mary was very accommodating and accepted us as first timers Airbnb. Would definitely stay again if we come back this way.

This mountain top getaway was perfect! The outdoor porches were wonderful! ! The home had the perfect cozy touches with a clean style. Thoughtful care for a comfortable and relaxing escape was reflected in every corner! We had a great time! Hope to return!

We just had our 3rd stay at Analog Cabin and have only made a small dent in their spectacular record collection, so we will continue to return again and again. Analog is the perfect place to get away and unplug for a few days. It's clean, quaint and super quirky. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The hot tub and sauna are a great bonus! Tons of books, games and puzzles! The artwork around the place, both inside and out, is a nice touch. It's easy to be inspired here. Strongly recommend! Thank you David for another great weekend!

We loved our stay. My family stays in a cabin each year and the views put this at the top of the list. We cooked for all of our meals and had no issue with all of the kitchen items available

Sydney’s place was definitely a home away from home! Perfect hideaway when you want some alone time, but close enough to everything Deep Creek has to offer for fun. Sydney’s home is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. We loved everything about it, with the open floor plan, cleanliness, privacy, hot tub, etc. My family and I all said we would definitely stay at Sydney’s home again. Honestly can say, not one complaint. Sydney had everything covered.

We absolutely loved staying at this quaint and cute little cabin on the winery property for our birthday weekend! On top of it just being a gorgeous weekend, we enjoyed how cute and peaceful the property was, the cabin was bigger than the pictures, and the porch and yard was so spacious. We felt right at home and the owners were so sweet and kind and welcoming! We honestly would love to come back here and will tell people to visit this place. Thank you both!

Was in WV for our daughters graduation in Morgantown from WVU was a little bit of a drive but it was a great fit for us and our group. Would definitely recommend and are considering going back for just vacation.

We had an amazing girls’ weekend at Frank’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, promptly providing extra towels and responding quickly to all our questions. Frank is truly a fantastic host. The space was comfortable, well-suited to our needs, and made our getaway perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

place was exactly as described. I would highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get back to the home as it is located on a narrow unpaved private road. especially if there is heavy rain in the forecast like we experienced this past weekend.

Hands down one of the best Airbnbs we ever been to! The cabin is loved and cared for, we felt right at home the second we walked in. Everything is very clean, stocked, and provided with thoughtful details to make your disconnect weekend truly great. Our dog had an absolute blast, running in the forest, chilling on the front porch, and sunbathing on the deck. It was so great, we didn’t want to venture anywhere else, so we don’t have recommendation on the surroundings. Absolutely coming back and bringing friends!

This stay was my first experience using AirBnB. Amy is a wonderful and most helpful host. The property is amazing. There are a lot of trails around the mountain to explore and the pond is beautiful. Every morning and evening, I would see at least 15 to 20 deer while walking the dog and the only sounds around, were the birds. Thank you Amy, I will definitely be back the next time I visit West Virginia.

We loved our stay! It was cozy, intimate,and sparkling clean! The only thing I would have enjoyed was a private fire pit on the porch.

The house was super clean and fully stocked! Beautiful location with many things near by to visit such as wineries, parks and restaraunts. Snowed more than half the time we were there, Alex had a shovel and salt at the door for us to use which was a welcomed addition. Very comfortable seating with fireplace and plenty of blankets, definately a cozy cabin feel on a snowy day. We were happy with our stay and look forward to another stay in the future.!

Anthony was an amazing host and was so helpful in the communication process and booking and assisting us with all of our questions. This air b and b is absolutely beautiful and so much thought and intention put into the design and the surroundings in the woods added to the aura. The hot tub, sauna, and all the wonderful amenities made this getaway a dream. Such a comfortable bed and we had everything we needed. We had an amazing stay at Wanda and Reuben's darling home in the woods! The house was absolutely beautiful—very clean, with lots of thoughtful amenities. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The washer and dryer were super convenient, and the grill was spotless and easy to use. We especially loved the swinging chairs and the cozy fireplace, which made for such a relaxing atmosphere. The hot tub was perfect under the stars, and we enjoyed the fire pit whenever the rain let up. One of the unexpected highlights was seeing a bird's nest nearby and witnessing the eggs hatch from a safe distance—such a special moment! The plush robes and delicious chocolates were a lovely touch and made our long weekend in the woods feel extra luxurious. We give this stay five stars and definitely hope to return in the future!

Our stay at this lovely home was nothing short of magical. It was spotless, beautifully maintained and felt like a true escape into nature. One of the highlights of our stay was freshly baked cinnamon rolls made by our host! The surrounding farm was an absolute delight. Whether is it was visiting the peacocks and chickens or giving the gentle horse a pet, every moment felt serene and special.
