Very cozy with six. You can easily reach the ski resorts. You have everything you need, but you can go to the fifth floor every time. I recommend recommending 👍

I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment is well equipped, and everything was shipshape. Clear instructions for a smooth check-in, and overall great communication. I especially loved the beautiful views from the apartment, being at the highest floor of the building, as well as the super comfy bed. I would definitely book again if I needed to stay in Erzgebirke!

Highly recommend for families who like animals.

The apartment (we were in the garden loft) is very nice, artfully designed and extremely spacious. It has a large terrace and a great garden with chickens and running ducks. We had a lot of fun watching the chickens and Oskar, the rooster, and found fresh eggs every morning. There is a barbecue area in the garden and a small pool for refreshment. We felt very comfortable and free here.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal place for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is well equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also loved that Netflix was available on both Smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema was a spa town and a tourist tax was charged. However, this was not high and of course has to be paid by every apartment owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean, you will find everything you need. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. Check-in was flexible and smooth. I am very satisfied.

Very comfortable stay and excellent host. The only tip we would like to give is to install some tourist information (folders, etc.) and Netflix on the excellent TV. We had Chromecast with us, which we could easily plug in so that we could still use Netflix.

We spent 4 nights in Frank's apartment and enjoyed the time. Nearby nice opportunities for hiking and shopping nearby. And super nice neighbors in the house!

A great place to stay centrally located Hainichen. The old villa is superbly renovated and everything is up to date. The apartment was very clean, offered endless space. The extensive amenities left nothing to be desired, we felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back

As with the first visit, it was now just recommended again! Convenient location and very quiet surroundings. Apartment is equipped with everything you need. Especially very interesting for long-term guests.

Everything is fine. Very clean and tidy, friendly reception by Robert. I would have liked a vacuum cleaner or general cleaning utensils. Unfortunately, I didn't find any.

Apartment was extremely spacious and clean. It was conveniently located and walkable to a grocery store and a few restaurants. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We were absolutely satisfied and happy in Monika's apartment! The contact in advance for the check-in was pleasant and friendly and everything went smoothly. In the apartment, we felt right at home: The rooms were clean and tidy and tastefully furnished without exception. Parking directly in front of the house and enough shopping nearby. Leipzig is just a stone's throw away by car. In terms of amenities, we lacked nothing and we had a wonderful, unfortunately much too short stay in Frohburg.
