For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, your welcome and your kindness. See you soon.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

Very, very welcoming hosts, beautiful decoration. The house is very well equipped, the pool is heated and covered, it's a real plus! Table tennis is great for fun! Clean house, all the necessary equipment is there. We had a very pleasant contact with the owners, we thank you and can't wait to come back!!!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. A super nice house in a great location for those seeking peace and quiet. On the beach, you can walk for miles and there is never much going on, so you can really let the dogs run and play ball. You can hike beautifully on the mudflats and discover a lot through ebb and flow! I've never seen so many shells as on this beach! In the house, at the transition from kitchen to dining room, there is a tide gauge. And for dog owners of small dogs: In the garage there is a wooden board with rakes for the garden gate. Even the smallest ones are safe. Everything is very well thought out and beautifully furnished! The couch is also very cozy. I was briefly startled when I read a review that said the opposite. The accommodation is highly recommended! If we come back to Brittany, we would book it again at any time!!!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house in Cancale. The house is spacious, bright and very well equipped, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. It is ideally located, in a quiet environment, while being close to the center and the sea.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

We are delighted with our two-day stay at this Airbnb. Everything has been thought out with great care. Our three-year-old daughter was with us, and for her, a bed, a chair to eat, and even many toys suitable for her age were waiting for us in the house. There was nothing missing. The house is very clean, tidy, and located in a beautiful natural setting. We will never forget the pleasure of having breakfast and dinner on the terrace. A big thank you, it was perfect — five stars without hesitation!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

House totally as described, very nice and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Quality bedding. Very accurate explanations. Ideal location, and parking at the top of the cliff easily accessible. Stunning views of the bay from the terrace. Everything was perfect! We'll be back with pleasure!

Modern house, very equipped and with all comforts. The classy decor and architecture make the experience very enjoyable. The well-kept garden in the back allows you to enjoy the starry vault from 11pm, now when public lighting is detached in Cancale. Highly recommended

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍
