Monthly Rentals in Cherry Creek

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a full month in May, 2025. William is extremely responsive. I have stayed in a number of Airbnbs all over the country and William was as accommodating a host as I've ever had - there were no problems with the apartment; we just needed very occasional help with stuff like where to dump recycles and trash and needing more soap. The place was exactly as described and convenient to everything we needed. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, but that is clearly noted in the listing, so we weren't surprised. It does make it a bit challenging if you are moving in all your stuff for a month's stay but the third floor does make for a nice view. It was worth it.

I would highly recommend staying at a place Cindy and Tim are hosting! I had an extended stay with them and they were always responsive, helpful, and friendly. If something ever broke/wasn’t working properly they had the issue resolved promptly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable, and the house was sparkling clean. It was equipped with top notch amenities from a keurig coffee machine to plush towels and a full size fridge. We also appreciated the washer/dryer and air conditioning (when needed) and a delightful cross-breeze from the windows when not needed. The neighborhood was lovely with lots of leafy trees and and green spaces and paths to walk the dogs. Probably one of our favourite AirBnBs. Highly recommend!
