A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating ,compact but with sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at back. Underfloor heated lovely spacious comfortable beds rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Our converted barn is in the yard of a Grade II listed farmhouse. Minutes from J10 of the M40, we are conveniently located for RH England (5 mins), Bicester Village (15 mins), Soho Farmhouse (22 mins), Blenheim Palace (20 mins), Silverstone (20 mins) and Oxford (25 mins) . The barn has a big open space with wood burning stove, large TV and open plan kitchen. The mezzanine has two single beds and free-standing bath. The main bedroom and shower room and WC are in the old stables.

We have recently refurbished our lovely barn conversion (c. 700 sq ft) to a very high standard. It is light, has amazing views, a log burner and a SoHo Farmhouse feel. It has a king sized double bed, Fibre Wi-Fi and under floor heating. Stunning part of the northern Cotswolds (Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford - 15 mins) with numerous walks and bridleways from the door. You can also rent three stables and two paddocks to bring your horses to stay. A good way to explore the Cotswolds.
