Beachfront holiday rental in Chesil Beach

We've just had a wonderful stay at the bungalow, which is set in a beautiful, quiet location with a private garden behind the owners house. The bungalow is well equipped with everything you need and Louise and Ian are excellent, responsive hosts (thanks for the scones). Beer and Seaton are both within easy walking distance, about 15 mins, on the coastal path. We did a great walk from the door passing through Beer to Branscombe, which has a fantastic pub called the Mason's Arms, and a working mill and a forge. All worth a visit. We then walked back along the cliff which offers some amazing views. The walk was about 10 miles in total with some steps and steep climbs, so you will need to be reasonably fit. We also visited Lyme Regis and Charmouth which is a brilliant location for fossil hunting. It really is a beautiful area which is well worth a visit.

Chris’s cottage was perfect! It was clean and charming, and the location was absolutely fabulous. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

A slice of paradise! We loved, loved, loved our stay here. The views from the deck were spectacular and enjoyed taking these every day. We felt such a scene of peace and rejuvenation being here. The location can’t be beat if you are looking to visit Durdle Door/Lulworth Cove/Man O’ War. Nicky is extremely responsive to all messages and provided great recommendations. We hope we can stay here again in the future! 10 out of 10!!!

The Beach house was just perfect for our weekend away. It is situated in a peaceful location with beautiful views and within walking distance of two restaurants. For me it provided an ideal space to relax and read. From the lounge or the bench in the front garden I had views of the sea or I could enjoy sitting in the shrub lined garden at the back. I was also able to walk some of the coastal path, although very slowly with our 15 year old Jack Russell! For Andy it was just a 2 min walk down the path to the sea to go fishing. He's been fishing at West Bexington over the past 15 years and it was an absolute bonus to find this fab beach house. Sadly no fish this time! The Beach house is tastefully decorated and had absolutely everything we could possibly have needed for our stay. We also appreciated the eggs, milk and biscuits which were there for us on our arrival. We'll definitely be back! Many thanks Rosie and Andy

Sebastian’s flat is in a perfect location. I chose it as my husband can’t walk long distances and everything was really nearby. No need to use the car if you want a break from driving. Beautifully comfortable, with lots of extras provided. We’ll be back! Thank you x

Really lovely house - nicely decorated and very clean, with great facilities. The location is a tiny bit out of the main centre, near the harbour, but this just means it was quiet and the harbour is probably one of the nicest part of Weymouth anyway. Communication was great. There are no curtains in the bedrooms and the front of the house gets a lot of sun (which is lovely!) - so could be an issue for light sleepers.

We had such a relaxing day at the beach hut. It is extremely well maintained and Rachael has thought of everything. We are already thinking about when we can visit again!

We had such a fabulous time, the location is amazing and we enjoyed the beach, sea and fantastic sunsets. Lovely walks in both directions. Kids LOVED the swimming pool and slides. The Spar shop was handy. The caravan was the nicest one I’ve have stayed in. Shanice was really helpful and good communication and directions Thank you!!

We had such a lovely stay at Kate’s place. It was just what we needed…. Relaxing, peaceful with beautiful surroundings and views. The Chalet has been nicely decorated and has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There are activities onsite and lots to do locally. We especially loved our visits to Portland Bill. We’d definitely come back another time. Thanks for a wonderful stay. :-)

We stayed for 3 nights. The holiday house was spacious enough to fit family of 4. Plenty of room to play for little ones. Very clean and well organised. The only improvement I could suggest would be to install slim dishwasher but it was perfect anyway. I would recommend and come back.

Fantastic, clean and well-equipped caravan in a beautiful setting on a fantastic site. Hayley couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and responsive. Ladram Bay offers so much for a young family and our children loved the site, proximity to activities and the beach. Thank you Hayley and family for sharing your holiday home. We absolutely loved our weekend at Dave and Debs gorgeous caravan at chisel beach- the best park we have stayed in. The park was gorgeous and amazing location, facilities and staff were beyond our expectations- not your typical caravan park it really is 5 stars and more! The caravan was spotless, great size, comfortable and Dave and Debs were exceptional Hosts, from upon booking to check out they were on hand and quick to respond to any queries. They send an extensive welcome pack with recommendations and places to visit. We honestly didn’t want to leave and will be returning next year !

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

A well positioned, clean, tidy and comfortable caravan on a fabulous site right by the beach with plenty to do. Caravan was lovely with everything we needed.

This garden flat is an absolute gem. Katie's attention to detail ensured we felt right at home - everything we could possibly have wanted was provided. The garden was delightful and the whole flat felt loved. It was like a warm hug! The area is beautiful and the nearby beach quiet and secluded. We used the coastal path and also the Rodwell Trail to walk into Weymouth. We'd definitely book in again if we're in the area.

Weymouth is an easy spot to explore the Jurassic Coast from as a base. The home is centrally located to the Esplanade, nightlife, train, local and tourist bus locations, and some great restaurantants like the Ship Inn and Rockfish. Chesil Beach, Portland Bill, are a short local bus visit away, as was the Crab House Cafe (!!!). We didn't spend much time on the beach or along the quay, but the flat is very close to all of this. We didn't hear any noise from the carpark across the path during our stay, but with the windows open there was just a little of the evening school holiday chatter in the evening - nothing that would bother you - actually quite nice to hear folks out and about enjoying themselves. Home had some nice biscuits and basic hot drink supplies. Also, thankfully, not a long list of chores to attend to at the end of the stay! Grateful for that! All together, lovely spot and so well situated that no need for a car to enjoy Weymouth, Lyme Regis, Chesil Beach, or Corfe Castle.

The beach hut is a perfect retreat. It is beautifully kept and has a gorgeous private garden which goes right up to the water’s edge. It’s wonderfully located less than 5 minutes walk from the main Sandbanks beach and Rick Stein’s restaurant. The Studland chain ferry is also very close giving access to stunning Shell Bay and the wild National Trust beaches. Michele was very friendly & provided many thoughtful touches including her homemade lemon drizzle cake - sublime! I would love to return as it’s a perfect spot from which to explore this area or just to meditate on your bed with a sea view. Thanks Michele!

Spotless accommodation and easy to find. Brilliant instructions on how to get in , where to park etc. Aaron was very helpful and was always very quick to answer any questions. Flowers, wine and biscuits for us in the accommodation which was a lovely touch. Highly recomended

Anthony was a lovely host. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us around our accommodation. He explained the area and the different options of how to walk into weymouth. The accommodation was lovely and clean. I really love the smell of clean laundry when you stay somehwere and Anthony's place smelt lovely and clean. The place is spotless and ample room for two. Anthony left a bottle of wine and some milk in the fridge for us which was very welcome and a lovely touch, haven't had that before at any other airbnb. We will be back😊

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting weymouth! The house is immaculate, probably the cleanest air bnbs I've ever stayed in! The view from the living room is stunning, looks directly out into the harbour, you can just sit there and watch the world go by. It was really easy to get around, all the bars and restaurants in walking distance. Parking is also 5 min walk down the road. We came with a 9 month old and the host was able to accomodate us with a cot and highchair which was really helpful. Generally, the house is very well equipped and has beautiful kitchenware if you plan on having an evening in. Overall a great stay and a lovely host who was super responsive.

This flat provided us with a perfect base for our walking holiday in Dorset. West Bay was a delight, lots of places to eat delicious seafood, and excellent breakfasts. We were there outside main holiday times and imagine it will get much busier. Flat was up 48 stairs, which kept us fit, but delightful clean modern space & we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful apartment in Weymouth! The interiors are stunning and the view from the window is just pure bliss. Georgina was great to deal with, and sorted out a minor inconvenience without any delay. We had the best weekend in Weymouth in this apartment, with so much on our doorstep and we were very sad to leave!
