Perfect Location , great little find , like home from home , added bonus of parking and dog friendly, will definitely be returning next year

I would fully recommend this place,great location near all the shops and restaurants a great base in which to explore near by places along the jurassic coast.

Had a great time staying here with all the family, the house is so close to the beach it was perfect for us! Was such an easy and chill stay with a surprise hamper full of goodies when we arrived. Would love to stay here again and Tristan was super helpful with recommendations and extra info!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janice's place! It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, which is a priority for us! The house is also fitted with quality and durable furniture, and there were plenty of fluffy towels. The shower was enjoyable. We loved the quiet and peaceful location. Another strange sounding thing that we've come to appreciate on our travels is the horizontal storage space available here. By that I mean that there were tables, counters, etc. on top of which we could keep clothes, etc., instead of frequently having to go into our suitcase. We loooved that haha. Finally, we really enjoyed easy access to the Information Room (separate but a few steps away from the house), which had anything from extra freezer space to books to toys for kids! We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful break of journey, great hosts and a wonderful location, the cottage felt so homely and meeting Emily and Mike was like catching up with old friends, very relaxed and very helpful, we shall certainly be going back in the very near future. Lots of amenities within walking distance or a short drive and the town has a really friendly atmosphere. Great mixed street market twice a week, you name it they sell it, great bargains to be had. We actually stayed twice once on the way down to Cornwall and then again on the way back, we did regret booking several days in Cornwall on reflection we would have been happier staying at the cottage in Bridport.

Really lovely house - nicely decorated and very clean, with great facilities. The location is a tiny bit out of the main centre, near the harbour, but this just means it was quiet and the harbour is probably one of the nicest part of Weymouth anyway. Communication was great. There are no curtains in the bedrooms and the front of the house gets a lot of sun (which is lovely!) - so could be an issue for light sleepers.

A fantastic home to rent. Everything one needed was included. It’s modern and decorated beautifully, with all amenities that you need for a stay. I totally recommend this rental. Jenn

We had a lovely week at Alpine Grove touring park. Clear communication from Keith. The space was very clean and had all facilities needed for our stay. Our toddler also really enjoyed the swimming pool! Would definitely stay again. Loved it

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Dianne and Stephen were responsive and so welcoming to their beautiful home. The space was comfortable and clean and lovely and light. Our little private decking area was perfect for the children and the dog and had beautiful, peaceful views over the garden. Having access to the pool was amazing, even on a cloudy day we spent a lot of time in there with the children as it was lovely and warm. The garden is beautiful and it was nice to be able to wonder around.

Wow wow wow! Headland hideaway is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous, Mike was amazing!!! Messaged every day to check all is okay, send photos of the signpost where to turn and exactly where to park etc. his food recommendation were helpful and stop on! Tried lots and all were amazing! The pool was the biggest hit and we were so lucky when we stayed we had amazing weather! Everything was spotless and modern, loved the remote control curtains! A fabulous half term dreamy weekend! We had an excellent week at this property. Lovely location, we enjoyed our walks down to the beach each day with our dog. Such a lovely buzz on the beach, very chilled. The open top bus from the site to Sandbanks and Poole was great. Our teenage daughter and her friend made use of this a couple of times to go shopping and explore a little on their own. We visited Corfe Castle, which was in a lovely place and parked on the Purbeck car park (rather than the actual Castle Car Park) which gave a lovely scenic walk through and passed over the Steam Railway. We visited Lulworth Cove and did the cliff top walk over to Durdle Door, which was an amazing site. Weymouth is beautiful, very sunny that day so perfect for a sea side resort. We took a look at the Beach Hut, in a great place, with a green area, Cafe and play park. Would work really well as a base for enjoying yourselves, especially if you have younger children. Great location and lots to see and do. Thank you

A great place to stay for families and groups. Super quick responses, loads of info provided in advance and useful links to places in the area. Lovely house and so much to offer for the young and old - our group ranged from 5 years old to retirees and we all had a fab time. Everything was lovely and clean and well maintained. A really nice, dog friendly airbnb. A beautiful walk through the woods to the beach. Pool was an added bonus - our children used it, I passed as it wasn’t warm enough yet. The hosts were on site, available for questions, but extremely respectful of our privacy. Recommended

This is our first Airbnb stay, also our first stay taking our dog. Having read and turned down a number of other Airbnb places the ducks wing seemed to fit the bill (no pun intended). The garden is lovely and secure, the rooms are extremely quirky which we both liked, our dog loved it. We didn't make best use of the many facilities including the pool, BBQ etc. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the garden listening to the countryside. As I've said our first experience with Airbnb but we were very impressed.

Just arrived home from a 5 night stay and can highly recommend this hidden gem. Judith was very welcoming and there for us if we needed anything. The accommodation, grounds, and heated pool were just perfect for a much needed wind down and chance to just relax and switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As a lone female with a 12 year old boy I felt very safe and my boy (who is neurodiverse) was able to relax in a new environment within a relatively short period of time due to the private and peaceful location. The surrounding area is beautiful if you want to venture out with lot's of walking opportunities. I have come away from this place with memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Judith 🙂

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and in a great location. We appreciated the parking location as Weymouth has a lot of parking restrictions. Everything we could possibly need was provided. My usual bag of kitchen supplies was brought back home unused! Seafield Cottage is perfectly located with easy access to Lulworth Cove and a number of hiking trails, including Durdle Door and the trails along the cove. Absolutely stunning views. Lovely pubs close by and the salt sauna (which you need to book early if hire going to get a good time!). The cottage was super well equipped, comfortable and clean beds and rooms at a very good standard. The master room at the top of the 3 floors was gorgeous with an ensuite. The bunk bed room is great for kids, less so for overflow adults so really it’s a 2 x double bed property sleeping 4 adults + 2 bunk beds (4 in total) for kids. Emma was super responsive to any questions and gave comprehensive instructions and recommendations for the local area. I’d definitely come back and would recommend.

The perfect home away from home for a few days 😊 the location is beautifully secluded, with a gorgeous garden and drivable to Weymouth and other local beauty spots. Louisa is a lovely host adding a couple of little extras on our arrival and allowing flexibility on our check out. Would highly recommend!

My wife, myself our son and his dog stayed at Hollys place Thur to Sun. We know the area and Bridport very well. This was our first time at Hollys place and it was the most peaceful and quiet place to stay. To be staying in the middle of the town yet in such a quiet setting was perfect for us. The weather was nice so we had dinner in the garden. Its a short walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants so all good. Hoping Holly keeps the cottage available for future stays!

The Beach house was just perfect for our weekend away. It is situated in a peaceful location with beautiful views and within walking distance of two restaurants. For me it provided an ideal space to relax and read. From the lounge or the bench in the front garden I had views of the sea or I could enjoy sitting in the shrub lined garden at the back. I was also able to walk some of the coastal path, although very slowly with our 15 year old Jack Russell! For Andy it was just a 2 min walk down the path to the sea to go fishing. He's been fishing at West Bexington over the past 15 years and it was an absolute bonus to find this fab beach house. Sadly no fish this time! The Beach house is tastefully decorated and had absolutely everything we could possibly have needed for our stay. We also appreciated the eggs, milk and biscuits which were there for us on our arrival. We'll definitely be back! Many thanks Rosie and Andy

We loved our short stay in Rebeccas cabin, it was a great off-grid experience with everything you could need and for a very reasonable price. We hope to be back again in the future!

The Potting Shed is a lovingly renovated barn with super attention to detail. Vanessa has created a wonderful space for guests to relax and recharge. Outside, the courtyard is a great place to sit and if you’re lucky, enjoy the sunshine. We had a perfect but too short a stay and hope to return the next time we’re in Somerset. Thanks Vanessa.

We stayed here for a wedding we attended nearby in Honiton. The location and the space are brilliant and easy to get to. Cosy and clean space. Plenty of amenities and snacks provided which went down a treat after a long evening...! Phillip was a very welcoming host and overall this place is exactly what Airbnb should be.
