L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. A pochi passi: Molo di Mergellina da cui imbarcarsi per Ischia, Capri e Procida o la Costiera Amalfitana nel periodo estivo con il metrò del mare. Sono attivi nel periodo estivo anche i collegamenti con le Isole Eolie. Stazione Napoli Mergellina, chiaro e bellissimo esempio di stile liberty, da ammirare e da scoprire. Via Caracciolo, dove è possibile passeggiare sul lungomare e ammirare i caratteristici luoghi raffigurati in quelle cartoline tanto vendute nei negozi di souvenir, respirare l'aria di mare tra le barche ormeggiate, magari sorseggiando una bibita fresca. Piazza Sannazzaro, famosa per la sua Fontana della Sirena. Sono presenti anche numerosi e rinomati bar, ristoranti e pizzerie. Sempre vicino l'appartamento c'è il Parco Vergiliano a Piedigrotta dove riposano le spoglie di Giacomo Leopardi e di Virgilio. A cinque minuti: Il PAN (Palazzo delle Arti Napoli) che ospita spesso mostre meravigliose. Sul lungomare inoltre c'è la splendida Villa Pignatelli e il Museo Principe Diego Aragona Pignatelli Cortes. Via Caracciolo, la villa comunale e i suoi giardini. A dieci minuti: Raggiungerete a piedi il quartiere più chic di Napoli, Chiaia, ideale per lo shopping diurno e il divertimento serale, dall'aperitivo in poi.. Infatti alle spalle di Piazza San Pasquale ci sono tantissimi bar e locali per una favolosa cena e un dopocena glamour. Ad una fermata di metropolitana o di Cumana invece il centro storico di Napoli raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata in pianura attraversando il quartiere Chiaia o in alternativa percorrendo il lungomare. L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. This is truly a gem of a location. It’s in the perfect spot in Santa Lucia. There are a ton of wonderful restaurants just outside the Airbnb. It truly was fantastic. All our tour meeting spots were within walking distance and there was a taxi pick-up station just down the street. Could not have asked for a better location. Filippo was a wonderful host and always replied promptly to any question I had. Definitely need to stay here!

Really enjoyed my stay at Guilia's place! It was clean, well stocked and felt safe and secure as a female solo traveller. Very close to the grocery store and Mama Eats which made it very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe (I spent 20 days total in this neighborhood). Stunning views from the rooftop terrace. I would stay again!

I can only agree with the previous, positive reviews. The apartment is super nice and well located, with two metro stations and bus stops nearby. The best part is that you can walk to Mappatella Beach in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation because you could clearly feel that Vincenzo puts a lot of effort into it. The apartment isn't a bare hotel room, but is beautifully and practically furnished. Vincenzo is an excellent host, and I highly recommend being his guest. This also applies to his excellent restaurant Cap'alice, where I had the best meal of my stay. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità, Vincenzo! A tip for women traveling alone: I especially recommend this accommodation. The area is much safer than accommodations in the city center (I had that too, which is why I made the comparison). And it's very nice to know that you have a host who cares about your safety and your comfort.

I really enjoyed the short time I was there. I had the Art Deco room and as a former interior decorator, the room was perfectly furnished for me. A work of art by Art Deco Zimmer. Dario has created a jewel from this apartment in San Marco. From the 5th floor, you have a fantastic view of Vesuvius. I was lucky to experience the sunrise. A sight for eternity! Dario was a very good communication partner. I've been to Naples several times... and I've gotten to know good Airbnbs... but this really stands out. I'll be back and will tell my friends! Dario! Had a fantastic stay! The apartment is spacious, comfy, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place felt like a home away from home. It’s in a cute, authentic neighborhood with restaurants and cafes within walking distance — perfect for exploring the area. Lorenza is a wonderful host — friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Would absolutely stay here again!
