We had a wonderful stay! The unit was super clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for two people. The host was friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach, with a grocery store conveniently located right across the street. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby, all within easy walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the local flavor. Parking can be a bit tricky in the area, but during our stay, the public paid parking nearby was free, which was a huge plus. Overall, this was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the area — highly recommend!

I had an extended stay at Elvio’s apartment. The hosts are responsive and welcoming, with great instructions on how to find it. When an issue occurred it was resolved promptly. The apartment is homely, very clean and larger than I had expected. There is a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower) and really lovely terrace area. the air con/fans were great in the warmer weather. Apartment is really well located in Recanati, 3 mins from bus terminal. Some lovely restaurants close by or a 10 mins walk into Giardini/Naxos. Was a lovely place to stay.

Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. This en-suite room including a kitchenette matches the photos and the balcony is a bonus, where you can have a drink or a bite with a garden view. The location is great! There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and of course the seafront and promenade. I think this place was good value for money and the local recommendations were very helpful.

Great aparment with a super view not too far from Taormina. We really enjoyed our stay and Andrea was super responsive host and made us feel welcome. We can highly recommend it.

The apartement was nice, just as we expected. Also, the balcony has a nice view to a garden. It was really easy to commubicate with Audrey, I would definitely recommend this place!

As other have said, Domenico met as at the place and was very kind and helpful with Restaurants, Groceries etc. His place was as shown in the photo's and easily accommodated 2 couples.

Loredana was a delightful host and the apartment was spotless and fully equipped with every thoughtful detail we could imagine for a comfortable stay. She greeted us upon arrival & oriented us, as well as departure. The neighborhood is quaint and walkable, away from all the tourist madness with a couple great restaurants and a nice grocery store nearby. It was a wonderful view and great to be right across from the beach. I was not prepared for how busy the streets in front of and behind the apartment can be. Even with a sound barrier, it did make sleeping difficult for me, though my husband slept fine. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The picture window and balcony made for an amazing view of the town and ocean! The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed!

Gaia’s place was everything we hoped for! Beautiful location with balcony looking out to the beach, hearing waves at night to send you to sleep is very special! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. There were little touches that made it feel like home away from home. Gaia was also very thoughtful and left us a lovely treat for our arrival. Overall we had a fabulous stay! Communication from Gaia was great, and she made sure we got in ok on the evening of arrival! I liked the door code get in, as you don’t have to worry about carrying keys. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Gaia!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sara House. The setting is stunning, and we really enjoyed spending our time around the pool during the day and walking into Taormina in the evening. It is a short 15 minute walk, albeit quite hilly but we found it a great way to walk off our dinner. Sara was an incredible host, very friendly and helpful whenever we needed her. Thank you for having us!

Our best Airbnb experience ever. Stunning apartment, stunning views, the nicest and most helpful hosts one could want. Fantastic location, relaxing, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional amenities. We were sorry to leave and would definitely return to House of Palms. Thank you Ignazio and Darcy. We loved the 2 seaside villages both easy walking distance. 5 stars for everything.

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

Great location in the middle of everything in Catania. The neighborhood is very vibrant, music and people all around, however it decreased in the evening and never interfered with our sleep. The hosts were very helpful pointing out attractions and entertainment, also recommendations for restaurants as well as grocery stores. Very close to the Piazza del Duomo, the shopping district on Via Etnea, Ursino Castle, Greek-Roman theater, as well as many fine restaurants. Less than 15 minute cab ride to the airport as well.

Livio was a very accommodating host. Great location. We had a great stay!

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities. There were lovely places to eat and drink around the corner and we were able to walk to all the main areas. Thank you, Virginie!!
