Apartment holiday rentals in Chiari

We spent three wonderful days at this beautiful house and truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts have created a lovely, well-kept garden and a thoughtfully designed interior with unique furniture. Although the house has three guest apartments, the layout is very well organized, so you barely notice other guests. Our apartment had a great terrace with a large table and a grill, perfect for relaxing meals. There is also a pool with a lounge area. The house is located just 10–15 minutes by car from the center of Brescia. We left with very warm memories — thank you!

The apartment was beautiful with all the amenities needed for a stay. AC in the bedrooms, hotel style bedding and the renovated bathroom was everything. Davide was also a very nice and helpful host who made the stay super smooth! The only downside was the areas around the apartment, at night we didn’t feel completely safe to walk but the taxi services were great and a good solution.

Very special place, we enjoyed every minute of it! This view on the lake and montains was unique. The house was beautiful and very comfortabel.

Ich habe selten eine so luxuriöse, saubere und perfekt gepflegte Unterkunft erlebt wie bei Massimo. Schon beim Betreten spürt man, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail alles eingerichtet wurde – stilvoll, hochwertig und unglaublich gemütlich. Alles war blitzsauber, ordentlich und genau so, wie auf den Bildern – wenn nicht sogar besser! Die Privatsphäre wird absolut respektiert, und trotzdem ist Massimo jederzeit erreichbar und ein großartiger Gastgeber: herzlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Es war ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Abschalten und Genießen. Ich finde kaum Worte, um auszudrücken, wie begeistert ich bin – hier stimmt einfach alles. Für mich war es nicht nur ein Aufenthalt, sondern ein echtes Erlebnis. Selbst fünf Sterne reichen kaum aus, um diese Unterkunft angemessen zu bewerten. Absolute Empfehlung – ich komme definitiv wieder!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het mooie, bijzondere en schone appartement. Aan alles is gedacht. Rustige omgeving. Je bent dichtbij het prachtige Bergamo en het Iseo meer. Alice is een uiterst attente en vriendelijke host!

The hosts are extremely friendly and accomodating. The apartment is amazing and equipped with everything someone's needs. The apartment is located in the middle of the vineyards, close to cozy towns. I am really happy for my staying and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and realzation or even for a working trip since there are desks and fast internet connection. Alles war perfekt!

A little slice of heaven on Lake Iseo! This apartment is a pure gem: very well equipped, comfortable and perfectly located near the ferry, and within a short stroll of great restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Camilla was very helpful and friendly- greeting us on arrival and helping us navigate the ferry schedule over Easter weekend. The views are as stunning as described by others- 3 balconies each with a different view- encompassing not only the lake but a medieval tower, stunning lakefront villa and gardens and a Roman church. We would give Lac du maison 10 stars if we could!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Die Bahn fuhr nicht, daher war es auf den Schienen ruhig. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn sprechen.

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit atemberaubender Aussicht – perfekt für unsere 4-tägige Reise! Sehr sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine unvergessliche Auszeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

Elisa a été une hôte agréable et efficace. L'appartement est bien agencé et équipé et , il est situé pour explorer la région en train ou voiture et les commerces de proximité sont accessibles à pied . Pour ceux qui aiment dormir tard en vacances le matin il faut prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles à cause des cloches de l'église.

Avec tous les avis positifs, on se demande comment est-ce possible que ce soit aussi parfait. Et pourtant, le mot parfait n’est pas suffisant. Fabio est une personne en or: il m’a trouvé la meilleure option pour aller à Varenna comme il n’y avait plus de train; il m’a envoyé son chauffeur car nous avons loupés notre bus, il répond très rapidement. Pour un voyage, c’est très important car on peut se reposer dessus. Que dire de son appartement: la vue la plus belle du lac de Côme sûrement… Mille merci Monsieur Fabio

Amazing place! Matteo is a fantastic host, super kind, patient and friendly. The place is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, a short stroll from the center of the lower Bergamo, and some 20 minutes from the upper city. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, and is equipped with everything you could need for both short and longer stays. The terrace has a nice view of upper town and the local area. The check-inn is seamless and easy. The central AC, can not cool the apartment below 20 degrees, so if someone likes to sleep in a cold cold apartment, that is a useful info. Overall impression is excellent. Very recommended.

Schöne, stilvoll eingerichtete und super saubere Wohnung mit toller Aussicht in ruhiger Lage. Selten eine derart hervorragend gereinigte Wohnung (inklusive Bad) erlebt. Über der Wohnung befinden sich zwei weitere Ferienwohneinheiten - die Gäste dort haben wir allerdings nur selten wahrgenommen. Privatsphäre ist also vorhanden. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist vollkommen ausreichend, Betten sind bequem, der wohnungseigene Parkplatz ist 5 m vom Wohnungseingang entfernt (super zum Ausladen des Gepäcks), Wasser im Whirlpool ist gechlort. Auf dem kleinen Grünstreifen neben der Wohnung hat sich unser Hund wohlgefühlt. Anna&Christina waren immer zu erreichen und reagierten schnell, freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent auf Anfragen. In Piovere gibt es die Möglichkeit Waren des täglichen Bedarfs einzukaufen sowie zwei Ausgehmöglichkeiten (Bar&Restaurant). Piovere ist ein guter Startpunkt für Erkundungen am Gardasee. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Gastgeber Andrea war wirklich sehr nett und immer hilfbereit. Er hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Bus / Shuttle Bus konnte ist Varenna sehr gut erreichbar. Es war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben :)

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!

We had a truly amazing stay at this apartment! It was easy to find, and even though we arrived earlier than expected, we were still able to check in without any problem. Marianna and her husband were already waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a warm and welcoming touch. Marianna took the time to show us everything in detail, including exactly where to park, which was incredibly helpful. She was extremely kind, super friendly, and always available if we had any questions. A big bonus was that we were allowed to use two bikes during our stay — such a great way to explore the area! Marianna also sent us fantastic recommendations on where to eat, what activities to do, the best beaches, supermarkets, and more — all conveniently sent via WhatsAp with direct links. We truly felt taken care of and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Great apartment. Felt very homely. Very organised and thorough check in and check out process. Plenty of space . Place was clean and lots of instructions left for appliances if needed. Host was super responsive and flexible too. Unfortunately there was some construction going on outside the building which did spoil it a little bit but I assume that was outside of their control. Otherwise the location was peaceful.
