Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chiba

We stayed with 16 adults, but there were also darts and karaoke, so no one was bored and we had a great time! The interior was very beautiful, spacious and comfortable.

We stayed here for 1 night with 8 people. The inside of the building is very beautiful, as seen in the photos.You can go to the sea right away, see the sunset from your room, and take a walk on the beach in the morning. I had a very good time, but I found out on the day that the check-in was different from what I had asked in advance, and I had a lot of trouble. Otherwise, I am satisfied.Thank you very much.

It was a beautiful stay with Noriko as the perfect host. The house is clean and the area is calm. We really felt we were in a little sanctuary. Also Noriko brought us to the supermarket and to the station which was really nice. We also bought some of Noriko’s beautiful ceramics. Furthermore, the place is quiet and the birds sing lovely. We made a nice walk through the area and as a bonus, Noriko has a Samurai house in her garden which belonged to one of her ancestors!

I was worried about using Airbnb for the first time, but I was able to relax with yuki's prompt and kind support.In the corner with a table and hammock with a roof, I was able to relax comfortably while feeling the wind and blocking the sun.(I brought a chair with a backrest) My dog was happily running around on the fluffy lawn, and there was enough space for me to play badminton with my child. The room was tidy and there was nothing in particular that I lacked, but I thought it would be reassuring at night if there were curtains on the window next to the kitchen.

I visited again this time with a friend from my student days.I was worried about the rain at the time, but the weather was good during my stay, and this morning I was able to enjoy a little sunshine and the usual wonderful ocean view. The facilities were still very clean and I had a pleasant time. The friend I visited with me this time was visiting for the first time, but he was impressed by the wonderful view from the room. This time, he said he would like to visit with his family. The owner was also very kind and helpful, and I am grateful for the hospitality. Next, I heard that you can go to the neighboring Hamakanaya by train or bus, take the ropeway to the top of Mt. Nokogiri, and then descend using the mountain trail, visiting famous places such as Jigoku Nozoki, the Great Buddha, and the Japanese Temple, and then descend near the facility, so I definitely wanted to try it. I would like to visit again in the near future. Thank you very much!

It was a very nice building in every detail.I was talking about how I wanted a villa like this. It was a little unfortunate that it was raining, but we still had a good time in the room.

Perfect for a solo traveler! Easy walk from Asakusa and Kuramae station! Host was beyond helpful and gave great recommendations on local restaurants! Easy access to a 7/11 and an easy walk to Senso-ji Temple! Would absolutely visit again!

Great stay for our first night in Japan. Landed in NRT in the afternoon and needed a place close to a train station after a long day of traveling. Very easy to find and conveniently close to restaurants and a department store. The house had great amenities. The host reached out with all the info ahead of time and answered my questions. The host provided detailed directions with photos, making it easy to follow from the airport all the way to the doorstep of the apartment. It made arrival completely stress-free. The host was proactive and very helpful, giving us great local recommendations that we actually tried and really enjoyed. The apartment matched the photos exactly – clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We found everything we needed for light cooking (salt, soy sauce, utensils, pots, etc.), – really nothing to complain about! We liked the location: just a 10-minute walk over the river brought us into the heart of Sumida City with lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. Akihabara was also within walking distance – we got there in just over 20 minutes. And Tokyo Skytree was practically around the corner – about a 5-minute walk, surrounded by peaceful parks that offered a great escape from the intensity of the city. All in all, a fantastic stay

Very functional accommodation and very well located in Tokyo, right next to Ueno Park. We really enjoyed these few days.

If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. They were incredibly friendly and provided us so much free food. They were also super accommodating and helped us find their airbnb when we were lost on the first day and escorted us personally there. They are the friendliest people!

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows from the loft is beautiful. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and do nothing all day — just spacing out inside the accommodation is enough to feel satisfied

Great stay, perfect area and clean lovely space.

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The station was also very close, which was great for getting around Tokyo quickly! Would definitely stay hear again.

A quiet neighborhood. Walkable to train station. Room is big enough for 2pax stay.

Clean and Safe place. Very near the train, and a lot of restaurants and convenience store in the area. It's our first time in Japan and we did not had any hard time going to places. Miyuki is kind and always responsive and helpful. Thank you!

I love this place. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood and the room is sizeable especially for the standards in Japan. Only thing is if you don’t like the noise coming from upstairs as the walls are a bit too thin, choose the top floor. But it’s only accessible by stairs. Train station is closed by, convenient.

Highly recommended to stay in this location for your trip to Japan. Located about 10 minutes from the train station. The house itself is extremely clean and has everything you need - the dryer in the bathroom was a lifesaver! There are also a lot of nearby convenience stores, drugstores, groceries, and even a Don Quijote. The area is residential so the place is intimate and quiet. Also, the hosts are extremely easy to reach out to. They are accommodating and friendly as well.
