Fantasy House is tucked away yet right in the heart of Steyning so it felt private and convenient. Although people are often walking past the property, it is set back far enough from the pathway to still feel private. The High Street and bus stop are within a minute’s walk away. You can drive up the pathway to unload and load your car. I had to use paid parking during my stay. There is a car park across the road with a two hour parking limit and another by Steyning Health Centre with a four hour limit. Nick surpassed my expectations by how quickly he responded to my messages. Fantasy House is warm, welcoming and cosy. Note that there is no freezer box in the fridge so don’t turn up with a big tub of ice cream, which is what my daughter did! Also, close the bathroom door when showering and close it quickly when leaving the bathroom to avoid setting off the alarm. Another lesson courtesy of my daughter! Hoping to return this year, which speaks volumes about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Ellis's apartment was clean and comfortable. The off-road parking was a useful bonus. The area was quiet, yet close to bars and restaurants. The information pack was helpful.

Having stayed with Laura before in Chichester, we knew what to expect. Excellent location, quiet and peaceful, a short walk to the cathedral, and shopping streets of the lovely city. A great flexible space, and a great responsive host.. All this at a great price..

Lovely split-level flat right by the beach (and pub!) wiith a great view of the sea from the balcony. Absolutely perfect hosts - great clear instructions and very responsive to messages.

Lovely quirky studio flat. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything! It is free street parking, you may not find a space immediately outside the flat, but in short walking distance, you will be able to find a space. Love the seats with beautiful flowers and plants where you can sit outside at the front. Our dog loved the beach which is a stone throw from the studio flat!

We had a wonderful stay at The Nest. Lucy was a superb host, with great communication, fast response times and local tips. The Nest was even nicer, cleaner and cosier than we expected! After a short walk to the beach, we enjoyed a dip in the softest white sand and the warmest water I've experienced after 23 years in the UK. West Wittering is very clean, well-served with amenities and supported by a troupe of friendly lifeguards - it is well worth a visit. The Witterings Pub across the road is also a treasure of a pub with locally caught fish and local champagne, all served with care. Lucy also went above and beyond when we realised at 9pm on the first night that we'd forgotten our toothbrushes. She produced new ones for us within a half hour! Thanks, Lucy, for a lovely stay, good Nespresso coffee and a great memory. We'll be back.

Had a lovely couple of nights at this property. The location is perfect, right by the beach. Walking distance to the shops. Parking on the drive for a smaller car but plenty of parking in the surrounding roads (paid but reasonable). Stones throw from the day entrance to Butlin’s. The flat itself is lovely and comfortable, no gas but lots of heaters and I think aircon. The bed is very high but comfortable. Check-in/out was very easy. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great location close to the coastal path. Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Easy to access and the host was quick to respond.

Pamela, is a great host met us at property and showed us around, lovely postion in Old Portsmouth close to all areas. We loved watching the shipping movements from the lounge, would use again if still available having use of the garage was great.

A wonderfully warm welcome and briefing from Richard. The flat was small but perfectly-formed, with its own garden area. It was very well-equipped, comfortable and attractively furnished and decorated. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful touches like flowers and basic supplies. The free permit-parking was convenient, and the city centre within easy walking distance. Even during a heat-wave, the flat remained cool, and the busy street was, as advertised, peaceful at night. Susan’s place is so lovely and cozy and has a great view. My husband, who is from the UK, and I traveled to Findon for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Susan was very accommodating and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting our son - good location (for us) and close to the beach. Parking was readily available outside the flat (permits supplied). Bed was very comfortable. WiFi worked well.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the sister hotel’s facilities including indoor and outdoor pools was fabulous and it was very well situated between the beach and the high street right next to the beautiful chine. Loved the Isle with its beautiful botanical gardens, beaches and dinosaur fossils to explore!

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

What a wonderful stay, there was lots of instructions so you know exactly how to use everything. The kitchen was well equipped and there was instructions on how to use the microwave/ oven. The location was brilliant, lots of things to do around and a quick walk to the beach. The host has really thought of everything. Highly recommend.
