Enjoy a stay in The Artists Studio, our large airy room in the beautiful Sussex town of Steyning. Close to the South Downs Way and The Downs Link for walkers and cyclists. The West Sussex countryside is on your doorstep with plenty of visitor attractions on offer. A delicious home cooked breakfast will set you on your way in the morning using locally sourced ingredients and homemade goodies. Our very large garden is a delight and you are welcome to spend time there.

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.
