The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Fisher Dairy Cottage

Fisher Dairy offers high quality self catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm south of Chichester, West Sussex, it is all on one floor with under floor heating, an open plan living area with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

Newly available after a break, our lovely flat has been renovated and is ready for you to enjoy and since January 2026 it also has a brand new washing machine. It is a self contained flat built above our garage in the building that used to be the old Coach House. Set in a quiet location on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park it is well placed for walking, many local attractions, and the lovely town of Petersfield.

The Annex

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away.
