It comfortably fits two people but can accommodate one more with a portable twin bed or a queen-sized air mattress, provided upon request

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

This is a newly renovated 1940 house that retains a ton of its original charm. It is conveniently located ~10 minute walk from Enloe hospital and ~10 minute walk to downtown / Chico State. The master has a 55” TV connected to hi-fi speakers and has Philips Hue color changing lights.
