The Leitnerhof is located on a hill above the Surtal in the middle of a rural landscape with meadows, forests and pastures in the beautiful Chiemgau, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. The Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Waginger See in 15 minutes. Salzburg can be seen from the farm and is only 30 km away. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals yourself. In the living area, the sofa bed sleeps one more person. The location of the apartment is ideal for both summer and winter sports. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.
