Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.

In just 700 meters, you can reach the wonderful shores of Lake Chiemsee on foot or by bike, and from there you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The vacation apartment includes a 20 sqm terrace with a view of the greenery and direct access to the quiet communal garden. Here you are welcome to enjoy your breakfast outdoors as the sun rises.

On the beautiful terrace we offer a table and chairs for 4 people as well as a sun lounger. Guests must bring their own bath towels.

Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
