The cozy, newly renovated vacation apartment “Thea” is located on a quiet side street in the municipality of Chieming on Lake Chiemsee. Shops for everyday needs (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) are within a 10-minute walk, and Lake Chiemsee is about a 15-minute walk away. The ground-floor vacation rental for 2 to 4 people seeking relaxation (double bed, sofa bed, additional travel cot for children available upon request) is accessed via two steps. In addition to a dining area, it offers a dining area in the kitchen.

Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our 43 sqm, lovingly furnished vacation apartment is quietly situated in the idyllic little village of Stöttham (Chieming). In just 700 meters, you can reach the wonderful shores of Lake Chiemsee on foot or by bike, and from there you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The vacation apartment includes a 20 sqm terrace with a view of the greenery and direct access to the quiet communal garden. Here you are welcome to enjoy your breakfast outdoors as the sun rises.

In summer, the mountains invite you to hike, the lakes to swim (Chiemsee, Seeoner See, Tüttensee, Grießsee, Obinger See, Waginger See, etc.). By bike/mountain bike you can do great tours. On the beautiful terrace we offer a table and chairs for 4 people as well as a sun lounger. Guests must bring their own bath towels.

Both Tinys have their own terrace, but share a roof and a shared space in the middle with a washer and dryer as well as the large garden.
