The cozy, newly renovated vacation apartment “Thea” is located on a quiet side street in the municipality of Chieming on Lake Chiemsee. Shops for everyday needs (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) are within a 10-minute walk, and Lake Chiemsee is about a 15-minute walk away. The ground-floor vacation rental for 2 to 4 people seeking relaxation (double bed, sofa bed, additional travel cot for children available upon request) is accessed via two steps. In addition to a dining area, it offers a dining area in the kitchen.

Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. The high quality holiday apartment "Sonntagshorn" offers you with it´s 77 sqm adequate space for two people, but is also expandable for four people through a large daybed. It comes with comprehensive modern facilities and a spacious kitchen. The southward living area leads on a generous balcony, which allows you a terrific view on the Alps. You are welcome to enjoy a rich breakfast or different self-made specialities from Friday to Sunday in our café "Gut Fasanenhöhe" (not included).

Our apartment, lovingly and stylishly furnished at the beginning of 2025, is quietly located in the idyllic little Stöttham/Chieming. In just 500 meters, you can walk to the wonderful Chiemsee shore. From the apartment and the sunny south terrace you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. Enjoy your time on your 20 m² terrace overlooking the green field in the mountain range. A shady spot can be found under the large awning and you can enjoy the sun in the communal garden.

The Chiemsee beach is a 5-minute walk away. Outside the front door, you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails into the fields and moors. In summer, the mountains invite you to hike, the lakes to swim (Chiemsee, Seeoner See, Tüttensee, Grießsee, Obinger See, Waginger See, etc.). By bike/mountain bike you can do great tours. On the beautiful terrace we offer a table and chairs for 4 people as well as a sun lounger. Guests must bring their own bath towels.

Both Tinys have their own terrace, but share a roof and a shared space in the middle with a washer and dryer as well as the large garden.
