Das Farmhouse 1604 liegt mit seinen vier großzügigen Ferienwohnungen im Seethal, direkt hinter dem Chiemsee. Ursprünglich war dieses denkmalgeschützte Haus das Bauernhaus eines Chiemsee-Fischers. In dem Apartment Farmers Loft wohnt man offen und großzügig auf 95 m2, dort befinden sich eine offene Küche mit Wohnzimmer und Schlafbereich. Der Blick vom Balkon geht auf Pferde-Weiden und Bauernhöfe. Es gibt im Farmers Loft ein großzügiges Badezimmer mit eigenem Ankleideraum und separater Toilette.

Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.

All leisure facilities in the Karlingerhof as well as the garden and the large playground are available to our guests.

The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
