Set on a luscious green piece of land we like to call Villachampa, our cozy modern rustic cabin invites you to escape the noise and pollution of Santiago in a peaceful rural setting just 45 minutes south of the city right off Ruta 5. You can also take the train from Estacion Central, in Alameda (Santiago) to Hospital station and we will pick you up from the station for free, no need to walk!

Para una experiencia natural y auténtica en el sur de Chile, a sólo 15 minutos de Villarrica, esta casa está emplazada en medio de un pequeño bosque nativo que bordea el río Pedregoso, e inserta en un campo familiar dedicado a la lecheria y la crianza de ovejas. En la planta alta un dormitorio principal con terraza al volcán Villarrica y un segundo dormitorio con dos camas. En la primera planta, un estar con sofácama de dos plazas, cocina integrada, un baño y otra terraza con magnífica vista.

The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.

Tiny House In The Forrest (Optional Hot Tub)

The Tiny House is for 2 persons. We have a heated wooden bath tub with an additional cost of 30000 Pesos for 4 hours of use. It has to be scheduled with 24 hrs in advance. It has a queen bed, internet,TV, kitchen, Micro wave. In a millenary forrest among Alerces, Peumos, etc. We are just 20 minutes away from Puerto Varas, 20 minutes away from Puerto Montt and 40 Minutes away from the airport. The check in is between 15:00 and 17:00 hrs and check out at 11:00 am.
