The Cottage at Benedict Farms

The Cottage at Benedict Farms is a quaint farmhouse (circa 1902) located near Crawford, just minutes outside of Waco. The Cottage is located on our family farm. We invite you to come and experience farm life hospitality. Relax by the fire pit, collect eggs, or watch and enjoy the animals (cattle, sheep, donkey, pigs, chickens and mini horses). Perfect for families and small groups! We are just down the road a bit from Magnolia Farms. Downtown Waco, the Silos & Baylor are only 22 minutes away.

Little cabin on the Brazos

Enjoy a rustic cabin in the country with access to the beautiful Brazos River. Cabin is one large room with a queen bed in the loft and a full size sleeper sofa. Outside area includes a covered front porch with an enclosed back porch containing a relaxing swing and small table. Enjoy the fire pit and chairs for a relaxing evening in the peace and quiet from the city. Full access to the river for fishing and swimming. 16 miles to downtown Waco, Magnolia Silos, and McLane Stadium. **No pets**

Conveniently close to Waco, Magnolia, Baylor and many activities, with direct access to the main road. The property offers a huge space as a loft, large equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with beds for 11 guests. Have fun while staying playing pool, ping-pong, air hockey, foosball or arcade video games. Enjoy the high-speed Starlink internet, 4k smart tv and desk. Relax in the 1.65 acres land under oak and cedar trees, around the fire pit or the bbq. Pets are welcome with a fee.

This tiny cabin on the banks of the Brazos River is a perfect getaway and is located 20 miles from Waco and Baylor University. Enjoy views of the peaceful river and abundant wildlife while relaxing on the deck and sipping your favorite beverage. The deck has outdoor seating, a grill, fire pit and an ice cooler. The cabin is comfortably equipped with a queen bed and queen sofa for a restful sleep. Other items include a television, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric griddle.

Come stay in our Cameron Park guesthouse! Featured in book, "Historic Homes of Waco." Located on the historic Waco Penland estate, the cottage was built in 1924 and is newly renovated.
