When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Sowka settlement behind the mountains and forests

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Trailer on the hill at Bohouš

Do you want to get out of the city and enjoy nature and animals? I offer accommodation in a caravan on a hill near Bohouš in the village of Horní Dobrouč in the Orlické podhůří. Four people can sleep comfortably in the caravan. It is equipped with a bathroom, flush toilet and gas stove. You will be accompanied by chickens, dogs and cats during your stay. You will have a smokehouse, a fireplace, a grill and a place for a tent. For a small fee, it is possible to ride donkeys and ponies. Or rent an electric rickshaw.

At the foot of the forests, where we rent a trailer, there is virgin tranquility and the tiny house underlines the poetic atmosphere of the region. In such places, the first thing a person sees after waking up in the morning is a deer right outside the window or, at night, a sky full of stars overhead. We manufacture wooden caravans, which strive to contribute to the protection of nature with their sustainable approach and by bringing man back to nature. Our accommodation is part of the ZEVVL®

Beautiful, new wooden building is located in the village Olešnice in the Orlické Mountains, which lies on the Eastern Bohemian border. This location allows all sports enthusiasts to spend an active holiday, both in summer and winter. Nearby there are ski resorts, natural swimming pools, spas, popular tourist destinations (Náchod Chateau, Kudowa Zdroj ), Masarykova Chata, Sherich, Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area,...)

Stay in a sunny apartment with amazing river views. The apartment is in the city center, situated in a quiet place where no one will wake you up in the morning. We offer modern accommodation in an apartment on the first floor of the house with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and cozy living area, bedroom and study. There is a boxspring double bed and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 more people.

Tré je designová chata, kde klademe důraz na detail a pohodlí. Zrelaxovat můžete v privátní venkovní panoramatické sauně na dřevo. Tré je připravena jak na vaření, tak i na úklid. Samozřejmostí jsou espresso kávovar (káva v ceně), bluetooth Bose reproduktor nebo vysoké americké pružinové postele. Vytápění pomocí krbu, v koupelně podlahové topení. Přímo pod chatou je možné parkování zdarma.
