In the surrounding area, there are plenty of bike paths, sites of interest for hikers, and the Klínovec ski resort, 10 km from the apartment. The town of Vejprty has two beautiful town squares – the Czech square and the German square. There is a very nice restaurant and pizzeria nearby, and you can shop at Billa, Penny, and other stores. It is worth noting that the unique landscape of the Ore Mountains has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Our apartment is quietly and centrally located in the Rechenberg district as an ideal starting point for hikes into the surrounding forests. We are easily accessible by both car and train. Rechenberg train station is only about 5 minutes walk away. The Rechenberger Ökobad is a 200 m walk away. The cross-country ski areas in Nassau or Holzhau can be reached quickly. Rechenberg is also right on the Blockline, a mountain bike route with a total of 15 stages.

The luxurious apartment in the Sternkopf-Engel-Villa was designed by designer Dr. Sylva-Michèle Sternkopf. Each room is designed in the design of a classic star-headed angel: Red Ruby, Blue Desire, Sweet Romance, Caribbean Summer... Directly opposite is the traditional manufacturer for original Erzgebirge wood art, in which the star-headed angels are made. Other highlights in Gahlenz include the village museum, an alpaca farm and an 18-hole golf course.

The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
