Many thanks to Irina for her hospitality! Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

Service and contacting were very easy. We will defenetely visit here.

Extremely lovely cabin with incredible views. We were in March when it's quite cold, but at the expense of the air conditioner everything is very well heated. definitely recommend!

Thank you for the opportunity to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not leaving the city. Very nice hosts, comfortable home, convenient location, modern renovation. There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.

Yulia's place is as described, spacious, clean, great view of the Black Sea and sunrises at this time of year, a lot to do near the beach, grocery store, restaurants, clubs, malls etc. You can take a Bolt or walk to down town by the beach. I'll be back :)

Excellent location, the house has a closed well-maintained area with a playground. The sea and the promenade with entertainment are 10 minutes' walk away. The apartment is clean, neat with all the necessary things and dishes. Clean mattress and fresh textiles (bedding, towels). Everything works perfectly, no foreign smells. Good soundproofing. The apartment also has a balcony where you can drink coffee,looking at the sea and the local surroundings:) The hostess is beyond praise! Attentive, responsive and pleasant to communicate with:) I definitely recommend!

Close to perfection! Clean and modern accommodation, in a Great Quality building! Next door is everything from the best of Odesa: - best beach! -the Best Gym! the best trading centers! - close to downtown and more! For my vacations to this home I leave without any doubt!

The place was amazing and spacious and in a historical location in Odesa - great mant restaurants in surroundings with different kitchens to choose from. The place is in walkable distance from seashore. I really loved the fact that the apartment is in fact in old classical Odesa style backyard, so I had a full immersion in culture. The host was supernice and even let me check in before hand. The hallway had an super adorable cat too!

Elevation customer orientation!!! We arrived early and were able to check in earlier. The apartment fully corresponds to the photo, very high ceiling and the appearance is very instagrammable. If you really want to feel the Odessa flavor, then you are here!

The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, everything is done with care for guests – comfortable furniture, fresh repairs, good appliances. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: from dishes and bed linen to fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location was also pleasant – nearby shops, cafes and a convenient transport interchange. Special thanks to the hostess! Very nice, friendly and hospitable. Felt definitely at home, the host was always one step away to you whatever you need. The checkin went easy and smooth, the host even let us to checkin earlier. The location of the place is right in the center, you can walk almost everywhere. Hope to stay again, strongly suggesting for the ones who’s looking for accommodation.
