Monthly Rentals in Cisterna di Latina

We stayed in the apartment for two months — from March to May. The apartment is bright, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great Wi-Fi and a spacious terrace with sun loungers. The host is very friendly and responsive — he always replied quickly to any questions or requests. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and starting in May, it’s equipped with sunbeds and plenty of seaside cafés. Walking along the wide sandy beach to the city center became part of our daily routine. The city center offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets. The only downside of the apartment is the poor sound insulation between neighboring units. Other than that, everything was perfect!

My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. The location from the train station is an easy 10 minute walk. Check-in was easy, but we had the neighbor contact Giuseppe and Claudia because we didn't have an active cell phone, but we were able to check-in at 12:30PM and Giuseppe was very hospitable. We took a direct train from Civitavecchia Cruise Port, so no change of train in Rome. We loved staying in Latina Scalo! The small town was fun and convenient for sightseeing in Rome and Naples! We will return in the next few years. Claudia arranged for transportation for us to the airport (FCO) at 5AM, which we really appreciated at a great price! A small Super Market is located 75 meters away. A nice bakery and Cafe across the street. Plenty of small Italian restaurants in the area! Highly recommend this AIRBNB!

Antonella is a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and proactive. Checkin was easy and punctual considering it was Easter Sunday. Antonella managed to secure us a favorable rate for a car rental at Ciotti Car Rental and was instrumental in helping us print our tickets to local sites and offering advice on local attractions. This rental is exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet and has everything you need for your stay. The sun room is an added bonus which we used daily. The grounds are private, quiet and picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. This location is not really walkable as the local roads do not have a shoulder to walk on and traffic zooms by at very high speeds. If you are going to stay here I highly recommend a car rental. Overall our stay was absolutely fabulous thanks in a big part to a wonderful host.
