Condo holiday rentals in Citrus County

The property was well maintained. While it was some distance from town, it was helpful to have GPS for directions. The house was comfortably appointed and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with all necessities. The stacking washer and dryer was particularly useful and easy to use. The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, however, could be a challenge for some folks. All in all, a good property, attentive host, and a good stay.

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

Cleanest place ever, hands down. A spotless place. It's Florida and I never saw one bug. Everyone needs a lesson on cleaning from this host.

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.

This was a last minute trip for us and it was perfect for what we needed. Only about 15 ride to Crystal River and all of the attractions. The condo was very comfortable and the location was very quiet. We would return.

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

This was the best experience ever! First off, the condo is absolutely gorgeous! Vicki is the sweetest owner and was so accommodating to us. If you need a home to stay this is it! Close to a ton of shops, restaurants, and great people. The community here is awesome. We made some great friends there over the last month and highlyyyy suggest you book with Vicki now!

We love the area, we stay in the area every year around the same time and Melissa’s place was not disappointing. The pool was clean, the condo was amazingly comfortable. We had 2 grandkids with us this trip so the pullout sofa bed worked well for them. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and plates and bowls for the days we decided to eat in. Beautiful water front views. Lots of wild life to watch also. Would highly recommend this condo if staying in the area..

Had a great time at the condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed meeting new friends during the unofficial "happy hour". There is no shortage of things to do in the area and this was a great place to stay while visiting our daughter. We will stay here again. The only disappointing thing was that the pool temperature was very cold, but this was not any fault of the hosts themselves, the weather was unusually cold for FL during our stay. We still were able to use the pool during our stay.

Really loved it. Everything was so clean and it had everything we needed. Excellent value. We’d stay again and recommend to anyone staying on the area. Close to everything we wanted to do. Really don’t think we could have found better.

We stayed 3 months at Chet and Lizys place and everything was perfect and as expected. The area was peaceful and quiet and with all kinds of nature, our morning walks were always a new adventure whether it was local or one of the many trails nearby. Lots of great restaurants in the area and beautiful scenery at most. Chet and Liz were wonderful hosts and always available for any questions.

Great location! If you’re arriving at night bring a flashlight it is very old Florida style! We loved our stay in the cozy cottage. The pool was extremely clean , house was stocked with essentials and host was responsive. It was very nice to be able to have our boat across from cottage docked along the canal so we could see it at all times. Be sure to watch the tide bc it does get rather shallow but again we had no issues with a 19ft jet boat. We did travel with 2 small children 4&6. I would like to mention there are long walkways with no railing but it did not pose a problem for us but definitely worth mentioning as the cottage is near the end. We would definitely revisit !

Proactive host who communicated clearly. Quiet peaceful surroundings with easy pool access. Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Couldn't ask for anything more.
