Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Milan

If you need a base in Milan, this is recommended. We wanted to be close to Centrale so as to make arriving and leaving Milan easier. And for our day trip to Lake Como. So although this lovely apartment is not in the heart of Milan or one of the trendy inner suburbs, you are right on the Metro lines and can zip in to where the tourist action is. But otherwise in a lovely suburb, near the train and lots of places to eat and buy food nearby. Highly recommended. And loved having a kitchen and washing machine. Lots of natural light which makes the walk up the stairs worth it!

We enjoyed our stay! It was just a minute or two walk away from the Centrale station and that makes getting around Milan and Italy very convenient. We appreciated our stay and the communication with the property owners was smooth. Would recommend!

Giulio’s flat is a wonderful home base for visiting Milan. It is impeccably clean, well designed and appointed, and comfortable. There are touches inside that make it feel homey. The views of the columns are spectacular, and having ruins right outside your window always brings a sense of awe. The location is good and convenient - it is easy to walk to different sites and districts. The street has several bars, cafes and restaurants, and “lively” is a good word to describe it. Communication with Giulio’s team was thorough, clear and quick, and they were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and with transportation to the airport.

We absolutely loved our stay! The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. The space is bright and beautifully designed, with great natural light. The neighborhood felt very safe, with secure key access to the building. It was also wonderfully quiet. Another highlight: the location is super convenient—everything is within walking distance.

We had a great time in this very spacious and comfortable apartment for 2 people! Super helpful and responsive to messages. Plus: Very large Smart TV; air conditioner both in the bedroom and in the living room. It's a ground floor, but being in a quiet area of Milan, we didn't hear any noise from the street.

Laura's apartment is the perfect place to stay, conveniently equipped with everything. It was especially nice to have a private parking lot where you can safely park in a big city like Milan. The location was good, so there were subway stations and tram stops around the property, and it took 20 minutes to walk to the Duomo Cathedral, so we parked our car and traveled on foot. Laura is responsive. Even when we arrived at the accommodation late at night after trekking in the Dolomites and inquired about how to use the washing machine, they kindly guided us even after 10 o'clock. The repairs to the air conditioner system were also communicated and handled quickly, so we were able to withstand the hot weather in Milan.

Stefano's place was amazing! The apartment matched the pictures and description exactly, and the location couldn't have been better! Stefano's instructions were clear and helpful, he was very responsive, and he left some great recommendations for local spots. I would stay there again the next time that I am in Milan!

Perfect location for a Milano stay! We walked to virtually everything - from historic sites to parks to restaurants and clubs. A perfect stay with lots of space and room. Thanks for a lovely stay!

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

The house was extremely comfortable for a trip to Milan. Laura explained everything in full and complete. The house is fully compatible with the images. Transportation was very close to the metro without problems. We had a nice time in the perfectly clean well organized apartment.

Marina was always very responsive to any questions we had. Her communication was excellent. She warmly greeted us and was very proud of her bright light place, as she should be. There were lots of extras for us to enjoy which we really appreciated. The space was very well equipped. We d have no hesitation on recommending Marina’s place.

My sister and I feel Fdp’s place is in the perfect location. It’s about 3mins to the metro, which goes directly to the city center, Duomo, many restaurants and pizzerias, shopping centers, etc. He was very responsive and helpful, friendly and gave clear instructions and directions. He responded really fast as well. Great customer service. The place was just like the pictures, neat, had everything listed, and even recommendations on where to go, places to visit and eat, as well as a map of Milan. We would always book this whenever we are in Milan. It is perfect.

This place definitely made our stay in Milan better. It was a 5 minute walk from the station. Really easy access and I love the vibe of the building. The room itself has lots of mirrors and is very bright. Would definitely stay at Michele's place again when we come back.
