Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Città Studi, Milan

It was close to the bus and train station, however far from the city center (30 minutes by train). The check-in by Julia’s mother was very smoth even though she don’t speak English. Lots of snacks, Nespresso coffees pods and toiletries available. As our flight was scheduled for 20:30pm we asked for a late check-out and Julia’s mother was very kind and allowed us to stay a few hours more than the regular check-out. Overall a very nice experience and definitely recommend it. If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll book this again.

Beautifully designed and highly functional apartment. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the kitchen was both stylish and fully equipped. Despite its central location, the apartment was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Giulio was kind, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. I would gladly stay here again.

It is close to Milano Centrale station, 7~8minutes by walk. Room and bathroom were clean.

Was only in Milan a few days, and just needed a place to relax. This was an excellent stay. The location is a bit farther out of the central, so quiet. It is still very walkable. The building and the apartment are very clean and the apartment is nicely renovated. I would stay here again! 5 stars

Antonio is a great host, he was helpful and responsive anytime I reached out to him no matter what time. There's nothing I can complain about as he was very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be back!

This is a great place to post up when you are in Milan. It’s very close to the metro and the central train station. The apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. I appreciated the touches - like leaving coffee etc to make our stay easier! Also, for summer visits, the place has AC, which I surely appreciated given that it was 30C when we were there.

Nice house. We used three beds. My party was four: my mother in her seventies, my brother, my 14 year old niece, and me. Good to cook in the kitchen with lots of plates, pots and pans, silverware. The bathroom was also good and the shower booth drains well. We had good time for three nights. Walking distance to Pam and Carrefour express for getting grocery. Easy access to corso Buenos Aires for shopping. Lorenzo was very responsive and sincere to our questions and difficulties. Definitely will come again when I visit Milano again.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Excellently equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bath items, everything is available. Super, super and super again. Always happy to come back.😉 Thanks for everything.😉😘

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy and the space felt peaceful and well-maintained. It was also nice and bright during the day. I’d definitely stay here again!

My husband and I both had a great stay here.Marina went above and beyond to make our stay feel comfortable.She is one of the kindest , caring hosts we've ever met who genuinely wanted to look after our needs.The big welcome pack was highly appreciated .We can't thank Marina enough.The apartment is on the top floor there is a lift.Good amount of storage space with a functional kitchen.Comfortable bed.There are two lots of windows so we heard no noise at night from the street.Excellant wi-fi and also netflix.Very clean apartment. It was about 30 mins steady walk to the city. Aldi is a bout 10 mins walk away.Lots of restaurants close by.I would 100% recommend to stay here.Its a lovely gem of a place and would stay here again even for a long stay.

My partner and I were only there for 1 night and we both agreed we wish we stayed longer. The place was in a perfect area, very close to the main train station and a 1 minute walk to the metro line which takes you straight to the Duomo and other lines in Milan. The Host was very responsive, accommodating, and had great communication prior to check in as well as day of. He even included a video on where the place is and how to get in which was a very nice touch and helpful for a smooth check in. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Milan. The place had all the amenities we would need, perfect size, clean, as well as safe and secure. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The apartment was really nice and comfortable

We enjoyed our time at Alberto’s apartment which was well located within walking distance of Milano Centrale and all the important attractions. We felt safe and comfortable and were grateful for having a well appointed apartment, not lacking in anything. I would recommend this apartment.

Eddy's apartment is small, but perfect. The building's surroundings are very nice. The bathroom is impeccable: clean and with a very good shower. Eddy answers your questions immediately and in the apartment there is information about nearby restaurants, transportation, etc. It is also close to the Garibaldi station from where you can easily and quickly reach Malpensa airport by train. Everything was amazing. Highly recommended and I would stay there again. A 10.

I would definitely come back for the quiet and the extremely clean place. That was the most important for me.
