Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in City Creek

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and as described. It was a quiet area but also very close to downtown and a lot of amenities. Loved the coffee shop downstairs. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the apartment building, but overall not a big issue. We had some trouble finding close parking on the street so it may be worth it to pay for the pass to park in the gated area.

Great location for us and Keith provided everything needed in addition to some lovely extra touches (snacks, earplugs, etc). Place was a good size and host was helpful and responsive. Accurately described that sound does travel between floors. If you’re a light sleeper it’s easy to hear walking and talking at times but they provided earplugs and a white noise machine. Would stay again. Thanks!

The airbnb was beautiful and easy to get in to. The apartment was extremely cleaned and smelled nice. It was at home! When you walk in to the day leave. I would recommend staying here every chance you get.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. It was spotless, safe, the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook, and the space was beautiful (both on the inside and outside). The location was great, I took walks around the neighborhood and there were nearby cafes, workout studios, parks, and stores to walk to. 10/10 overall, would definitely recommend!

Great spot to visit downtown SLC. It's a pretty quick walk (or scooter) to the convention center and eats. It was super easy to get to from the airport by metro too! Clean, convenient, and reasonably priced - I definitely recommend it!

Nice apartment is clean and simple. Pull out couch was comfortable and the extra bedding was nice. Had everything we needed (shampoo/conditioner, coffee, iron, etc). Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to downtown. Note: This didn't impact us, but the welcome instructions said "if you would like to have a few extra guests over, in the past we have allowed this under certain circumstances and with an added event fee of $250"... just felt a bit disconcerting and feel something like that should be on the listing itself since it could impact people that do plan to have guests over.

Nice house / condo located in a quiet neighborhood in Salt Lake City’s The Avenues. I traveled with my dog, so I appreciated the off-leash dog park near the house. The house is fully equipped, and renovated with with lots of day light. Mandy was responsible and shared very clear instruction before check in and check out. Thanks!

This was a fantastic property! Within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and close to the park. Will definitely stay again! Becca was very helpful and responsive every time I communicated with her!

This place has a great location and a quiet neighborhood. The layout is great and the kids loved being downstairs. Lori was very thoughtful as far as keeping snacks, drinks, and ice stocked for our arrival. This was a beautiful house!

Johanna and Brett were terrific to work with. Their space was exactly as described and, despite being in an older home, the amenities, fixtures and utilities were all very modern and looked great. The space is cozy but extremely well laid out. Very comfortable there and glad I came across it for my travels.

Had a pleasant stay at Wesley's. We were relocating from A to B and Salt Lake city was on our way, I felt very safe leaving our stuff in the car(It is a fenced car parking area), gave a lot of peace. The accommodation itself is very pretty, clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had a sound sleep and woke up refreshed. Highly recommend!

Jane’s place had a large kitchen space for prepping and cooking food. Big plus! The griddle was great! She also provided food to make breakfast (pancake mix, oatmeal, cream of wheat, and syrup), along with a few other cooking essentials. One issue we had was with the fans, so if you want to use the ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom at night (no light), you need to remove the recessed lights as they are on the same switch. Overall we still had a great stay. The house is in a good location, near a park and some restaurants/stores.

Chris was a great host! Extremely communicative early on and during our trip. The location of the condo is super convenient and has an incredible view! It was easy to get to the pool, canyons resort plaza and parking garage. The Westgate Lodge is big and easy to get lost in, but the location of this particular condo was super easy to find. The only thing I’ll note is that the condo had a weird smell when we arrived, but we found an air freshener and that did the job. Love this condo and will be back again.

Great home base and amenities. Right across the street from the delicious breakfast and coffee place Vosen's Bread Paradise too. Public transit is close by and everywhere we wanted to go was a ten minute or less Lyft ride away.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, the amenities were wonderful, and Bryan was super responsive and very kind. We would definitely come back again and again!

Jennifer’s place was a great location for us. Walkable to some great restaurants and convention center. Unfortunate the elevator was down with 2 young kids but we made it work! Floors and bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better and place needs a good dusting otherwise it was clean. Would recommend anyone staying here to bring their own sound machine! It is very noisy at night as mentioned. Never felt unsafe staying here, but there is quite a bit of homeless population in the area. Overall, we would stay again.
