Jamel was very friendly and very responsive. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. Very respectful, and everything listed was available. Quiet neighborhood and respectful neighbors. 10/10 Would stay at again!

Richard is a great host first and foremost. He was very responsive and accommodating. During my first night, we had a hiccup with the air conditioner not working and he worked very quickly to get it repaired for the rest of my trip. The house looks just like the pictures which I thought was great. Would definitely recommend this home. Also, I love the amount of space that you have if you’re staying in a big group.

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Shante’s home! We used to live in the area and had returned for a family event. The house was easily accessible and exactly as described. The fun basement set up left no shortage of places to hang out, and the 5 bedrooms let us stretch out. We were able to do laundry, play games and spend LOTS of time in the excellent back yard! Not only did Shante have kid and baby gear for us (kids are 7, 4 and 1), but a wonderful Canterbury park was just a 5 minute walk away!! We spent hours in the yard and at the park! We had every item we needed in the house, and enjoyed visiting our old neighborhood!! Shante was great to work with and extremely responsive, we will definitely be back again soon!!

Excellent communication! Helped me quickly resolve an issue with my Xbox not connecting to Wi-Fi. Fast response and very efficient support. Easy to access house and nice house.

Eugene was very responsive host and attentive. Ensure placed was cool for arrival since we were checking in late. When we had an issue he was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Overall place is nice and walkable to boonton historic with plenty of coffee shops & restaurants. Plenty of amenities and he put a lot of effort in ensuring you have a great stay. Weather was typical June rain so we did not get to enjoy the beautiful koipond. However you can see it from office, kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend this place just note that bedrooms and bathroom are all upstairs.

We loved our stay! It’s in a great location- very walkable to nearby shops, and about a 20 minute drive to Met Life. The place was absolutely spotless and impeccably cleaned when we arrived. Highly recommended!

Everything was as advertised in the listing. Just a very short walk to the train station to New York and Hoboken so things to do, see, and places to eat at st endless! He was very responsive and the place was well maintained.

This is the perfect place to stay if you wanna be close to the City of New York and New Jersey. I was in town for a graduation and I wanted to throw a cookout as well. And Miss Mabel’s home provided me with everything I needed to host a cookout. I would definitely stay here again.

As described in the listing, Hugo’s place is very close to Path Station which helped us travel NYC without any hassle. Hugo is very responsive to any doubt we have. The place is neat and clean. Neighborhood is peaceful. Kitchen is clean and well equipped. Hugo was kind to accommodate a 5th member during our stay. Would definitely recommend this place if traveling to NYC.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

Sergio provided a wonderful place to stay for family vacation. He was willing to meet to give a residential tour and explain how to keep the space clean and functional during the week we were with him. He provided eggs, orange juice, bagels and cream cheese as well as a key for access in and out of the shared family home between him, his mother and kids. The residence has a charm to it.

Celebrated my 1 year anniversary here and it was lovely! The decorations were beautiful and I absolutely loved our custom wine bottle! Thank you so much Shaquannah for everything! 😊❤️✨

Stayed with my father and enjoyed an extremely comfortable Airbnb stay. Freda was prompt and accurate, making check-in and communication effortless. The home was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, with clear instructions throughout. We loved the calming living room view of the spacious lawn and trees. Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place
