Great location. Classic Italian rooftop view. Leaves little to be desired. Beware: - you will have to climb 5 flights of stairs to access the apartment - it is in a very popular and lively area. You can hear everyone down below from the terrace until late in the night/into the morning. Indoors, it is quiet. - the tea kettle is dirty, i wouldn’t drink from it - stovetop is extremely difficult to use (or broken?) - no clothes iron is provided

Emilio et Claudia sont adorables .Ils nous ont accueilli comme des amis.j’avais un problème avec mon portable et nous sommes donc arrivés très tard. Ils nous ont accueillis très amicalement et donnés plein d’idées pour notre séjour. Ils nous ont accompagnés au parking très proche de la maison qui est impeccable et très jolie. Il ne manque rien. Très près du marché, des commerces et des bons restaurants .On ne peut pas trouver mieux à Tarquinia. Un grand merci à Emilio et Claudia

Kerstin è un host fantastica, super disponibile, ospitale e gentilissima. Il suo alloggio davvero formidabile, centralissimo, comodo da raggiungere, parcheggi gratuiti a due passi. La luce che inonda l’appartamento e la tranquillità della zona sono magnifiche. Ci viene voglia di ripartire subito e trascorrere un altro weekend a Tuscania. Torneremo presto 💜

I could not say enough about the property, location and hospitality of Cristian. Great bakery down the block, pharmacy few steps from the property. There is also a grocery a few blocks away, they have better prices then the pharmacy store. You are also a few blocks away from the beach and several shops and restaurants. The property is very comfortable, and the a/c works very well.

We only were able to stay one short night after a very long travel day. We arrived quite late after cycling from Fiumicino airport. Sabrina was quite concerned about our whereabouts and communicated frequently to make sure that we were alright. The apartment is very comfortable and we would have liked to stay longer and explore a bit more but our adventure schedule did not allow that. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet with Sabrina which would have been nice. If we had to have a complaint, it would be the small size of the shower but that is such a minor thing. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Sabrina, thank you for caring so much about our situation during our journey. Rick

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

This is a fantastic accommodation; lovely flat, in a great location. Great cafes and lively bars nearby, but very quiet inside the apartment. We were able to walk to all the major sights, including the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Roman Forum, Colosseum and the Vatican. Matteo is a very friendly and helpful host; extremely responsive to messages and always with excellent suggestions. If you come to Rome I would strongly recommend you stay in this apartment. #1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

L’appartamento è davvero stupendo e corrisponde alle foto caricate nell’annuncio. È in una posizione perfetta, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Noi ci siamo sempre mosse a piedi per visitare la città. Pietro Maria è molto disponibile e quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche indicazione ci ha fornito subito tutte le informazioni necessarie. La vera chicca è il giardinetto dell’appartamento 😉 Super consigliato!

Dejligt sted, god base tæt på Rom med gode faciliteter. Autentisk område uden turister og hyggeligt dagligdagsliv. Lejligheden er ren, pæn og god med komfortable senge, skabsplads og rum til afslapning, når der skal lades op. Små lokale forretninger, cafeer, restauranter og supermarkeder tæt på. Derudover mange forbindelser med metro, bus og sporvogn til indre Rom. Vi nød vores ophold hos Andrea.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Paola una anfitriona excepcional, amable, servicial , simpática y siempre disponible para lo q necesites. el lugar es un pueblo costero para alojarse , la tranquilidad del lugar para relajarse es excelente. supermercado cerca , cocina super equipada, utensilios para que te puedas cocinar lo q desees limpieza execelente. recomendable absolutamente para quienes quieran relax y tranquilidad.

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage. Abends is diese Gegend sehr belebt, dennoch hört man wenig in der Wohnung. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Der Pool und der Garten sind eine Oase. Der Pool ist erst von 11 Uhr bis 13 Uhr und dann wieder von 15 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr zugänglich und man wird von einem freundlichen Aufpasser überwacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ein ganzes Stück weg. Taxis stehen jedoch am Plazza Trilussa. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es regulierte Taxipreise (55€) für die Fahrten, sodass man kein Taxi vorbuchen muss. Rodel ist sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
