Loved my stay here!! Was perfectly located to explore all of Rome. Was able to walk to all the main attractions. It was super clean and had a beautiful Italian flare that made me feel like a local. Would highly recommend for 2 people!

Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Logement très bien équipé et conforme aux photos. L’accès est simple par les transports en communs (bus et tramways à 30 m). Cristina a été très sympathique avant et tout au long du séjour.

Genuinely the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. The amount of care and effort the hosts put into the place itself and the guest experience is exceptional. You really feel looked after by them! The place is spotless, stunning and I felt very safe and secure there as a female traveler in Rome for the first time. We loved the location and found it very easy to get into the city for our sightseeing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Geweldig verblijf in Rome – comfortabel en betaalbaar! Dit appartement in Rome was precies wat ik zocht: een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en een comfortabele plek om te verblijven. De inrichting is stijlvol, authentiek en praktisch. De locatie zeer dicht bij de metro maakt het gemakkelijk om de stad te verkennen zonder midden in de drukte te zitten. Een prettige verrassing was dat het appartement beschikt over airconditioning, hoewel dit niet in de beschrijving stond. De airco werkt goed en zorgt voor een aangenaam binnenklimaat, wat zeker welkom is op warme dagen. Ook waren er meerdere fijne buitenruimtes met mooie planten en bloemen om heerlijk even te zitten! Heerlijk om te ontbijten of om van een heerlijke Limoncello te genieten na een drukke dag sightseeing Rome. De communicatie met de verhuurder was duidelijk en vriendelijk; alles verliep soepel. Dit verblijf is een aanrader voor iedereen die een betaalbare en comfortabele uitvalsbasis zoekt in Rome

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad met onze familie in Villa Pupi. Een heel Comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien op een prachtige plek middenin het groen. Trevigano is dichtbij voor boodschappen en heerlijke restaurants. Giorgio was een fijne gastheer. Hij reageerde snel op vragen en dacht mee met ons. Ook Francesco was super aardig en kwam direct langs toen we een urgente vraag hadden. Wij alle zes zijn heel enthousiast over dit huis ook al is het aan de dure kant voor ons was het dit waard. 😀‼️

Una bella casa comoda, ampia e pulita. miranda e suo figlio sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. La vista sul mare splendida, area tranquilla in un ottima posizione.

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

Alloggio fantastico! Si trova proprio al centro del paese, e ad appena 10 minuti dalla necropoli. Molto caratteristico il piano inferiore, in cui c'è una riproduzione perfetta di un famoso affresco etrusco (l'originale è al museo nazionale poco distante). Nella casa, pulitissima, c'è tutto quello che serve. L'host è super ospitale, e l'accoglienza curata nei minimi dettagli. Essendo host anche io, prenderò ispirazione da molte belle sorprese che abbiamo trovato. Grazie Paola!

Wir haben vier wunderbare Tage in Rom verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt gut gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß und dann mit Bussen oder Straßenbahn alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom gut erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Serena ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war perfekt.Sehr zu empfehlen.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Fabio, Federico and Francesca’s apartment was amazing! We were met from the bus we got from the airport and they gave us a lift to the apartment. They talked us through all the best places to go and see and their local recommendations. They had lots of amenities and gave us a thorough tour around the apartment and were made to feel very welcome. We booked it for my friends birthday and they got her a little candle to wish her a happy birthday which was a lovely personal added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This apartment is truly a DREAM. ♥️ It is clean, spacious and beautiful. The bathroom is amazing and we loved how quiet the neighborhood was during the night. Carmen is very friendly and gave us some good tips for restaurants. I can 100% recommend this Airbnb ♥️

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Super séjour dans ce logement où tout est à disposition. Parfait pour quelques jours à Rome et facilement accessible en transport. L’hôte est très agréable et bienveillant. Forcément je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé 3 nuits et tout c’est bien passé. Nous avons pu garer la voiture à proximité et avons tout fait avec le train. Gare à 15 minutes à pieds Séjour agréable Ale disponible à souhait. Nous recommandons

Appartement exceptionnel. (Séjour de 6 nuits) Paolo s'occupe lui-même de préparer l'appartement pour ses invités et nous a acceuilli devant l'immeuble. On pouvait tout de suite voir qu'il s'en occupe bien. C'était ULTRA propre. Et ça nous a fait sentir bien durant notre visite. Matelas comfortable. Nous étions un couple avec bébé de 6 mois. Il avait déjà préparé la bassinette à notre arrivé. Le bus pour aller aux principaux sites ainsi que le Metro sont litteralement devant lappartement. À 2 sortie de metro de la garre OU 20 minutes à pied. Je recommende fortement.
