what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

A stunning agriturismo! The agriturismo is even more breathtaking in person than in the photos. The pool was a fantastic bonus during the summer, offering both sun and shade in the afternoons, perfect for relaxing with the kids. It’s an ideal base for exploring this beautiful region of Tuscany. Pietro and his family were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay!

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

Paola’s place was a wonderful, cool safe haven in the busy city. Fantastic AC for the heat, comfortable, homey, with incredible views from the balcony. Paola was responsive and flexible when it took a long time for us to drop off our rental car, and provided some great local recommendations. Easy walking to the city center and tourist sights. We had a great stay!

We arrived very late and got to the house around 11:30 PM. By 11:32 PM, we were already unpacking our suitcases in this breathtaking apartment. Azzurra, once again, thank you so much for such an easy check-in and for understanding that our little one (and us too) needed to get to sleep as soon as possible. The way the apartment is designed deserves a separate mention. Everything is so smartly planned, beautiful, and convenient — applause to the designer-architect! The furniture is stunning. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The duvets are feather-filled. The bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous! Everything is spotless. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the essentials so you don’t have to buy anything extra. The towels are impeccable, and the toiletries are wonderful. In short, we are absolutely thrilled with this place — a must-visit! I never even imagined such amazing apartments existed in Florence. And most importantly, everything is organized flawlessly! 💝💝💝

It was a great stay! The condo is actually part of a hotel and it was nice to be able to leave our suit cases at the front desk. Close to the water and was a beautiful stay.

There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

The apartment is very spacious, new and beautiful. It has the advertised amenities. It is 300 meters from Piazza San Marco, where you have the means of transportation to get around: how to get from the station or go to Piazzale Michelangelo. It is very easy to walk from there to the tourist spots.

Anna and Marco have been the most gracious hosts, it felt like being with family friends. One cannot overstate how well positioned this beautiful house is and how beautiful the view over Siena and over the surrounding hills is. It was a mere 15 minutes walk to the city centre, though the house felt like a country side agriturismo with its large grounds and olive trees and gates. We had the most interesting guided city tour with Anna's daughter Claudia, a very knowledgeable art historian with close ties to the city. Even the teenagers liked it. Thanks to Anna, we discovered the most wonderful shop and the best pasticcheria. We hope to come back for a palio race! Thank you, Anna, Mario & Claudia

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Very well located and clean accommodation, with an attentive and very patient host. Transportation is well served and close to the accommodation. The tram takes you to the historic center of Florence. We recommend that you travel to Pisa by train and to Siena by bus. An unforgettable Tuscan week due in large part to Simone's good advice. Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!

The apartment locates in a beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees, flowers. A very relaxing environment, with a gym and a swimming pool. 6 minutes drive to the nearest town where you will find lots of nice cafes, restaurants and lake side views. Definitely would love to come back.

Alessandro was very responsive for early check in, met us at the door to give a Tour, helped us book a taxi for our early morning flight and recommend a dinner restaurant. 10 minute walk to train station into downtown Florence for the day 1.60 euro each way.

Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Duddova is a small, very quiet place - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view over the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and laid out with great attention to detail - a true oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and the sights - a car is essential for this. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, fast and helpful. Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

Amazing Villa! We enjoyed every minute for our 10 days vacation. Absolutely conveniently located in proximity of Arezzo which gives us quick access for hour or two drive to all cultural and artistic towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa is exactly as described and beautiful maintained. Chiara and Andrea exceed our expectations for hospitality. Highly recommend their house.
