5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

The accommodation and the garden are simply a dream – lovingly designed, quietly located and with a very special atmosphere. The pool with the wide view over the Tuscan landscape was a highlight for us - an absolute pleasure in the morning and in the evening. Vito is a great host: warm, helpful and always available without being intrusive. We felt comfortable from the first minute and enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of the place throughout the week. The location is perfect for day trips: Florence, Siena, Arezzo or even smaller places like San Gimignano or Cortona - everything is easily accessible in about an hour to an hour and a half. In the evenings, we often cooked and enjoyed the sunset in the garden - with a glass of wine and just silence. I have already recommended this accommodation to several friends – three have already booked – and I would come back anytime. A place to switch off, enjoy and simply feel good.

This place is a quiet, sizeable gem! The house itself was large for 2 people. The terrace overlooking the property was just lovely. Having dinner and breakfast there was so special. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Lucia treated the kitchen with her fresh olive oil. The bed was comfortable and windows provided shade from the Tuscan sun for complete darkness granting great nights sleep. The history behind the place is also worth asking about! Overall really with our stay. It truly felt like a sweet, welcoming Tuscan home.

It was like a dream. It made us consider leaving Germany and stay in The Tuskany. Beautiful surrounding with a very nice pool area and garden with fruit trees, chickens and sweet cats. We felt very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. We would recommend Piandarca for 100% and wish to come back soon!

We were on a family vacation. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Tuscany. The area has two apartments and a warehouse or plant where they process their own olive production. Their olive oil is very delicious, we bought them. David welcomed us, he was very nice friendly, showed us everything and we could have called if there was anything wrong but we didn't. We felt great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this really unique accommodation. It is located in a medieval village, high on a hill. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Malgorzata was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful home in amazing surroundings. Lovely pool and places to sit and relax. Monte San Savino is only ten mins (drive) away and has lots of lovely restaurants.

This is a wonderful apartment in a beautiful medieval walled town. It's far enough away from the main tourist hotspots to still have a local unspoiled feel, but close enough to access those must see areas of Tuscany & Umbria. Laura is the wonderful host and the apartment has been so carefully arranged and is very comfortable. The perfect home away from home. Laura was always very prompt to respond to us, from the moment we requested our booking to her making sure that we were settled after our arrival. We very much appreciated that she had arranged for a personal greeting on arrival.She has clearly taken some time equipping the apartment. From furnishings to plentiful utensils, & all the information needed about where to go and what to do. Just about everything has been thought of. There is free car parking only a few metres away from the apartment, but those with mobility issues may feel that the steps to access the apartment from this side are just not ideal. A very enjoyable stay.

This place was perfect for us! It was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The location in the city of Arezzo was perfect for us to walk to everything! We would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again if we come back to Arezzo someday!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
