Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - die traumhafte Aussicht das absolute Highlight. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt & das Haus ist sehr charmant. Würden sofort wiedwr buchen! Nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Mon mari et moi avons eu le plaisir de séjourner pour la seconde fois dans ce logement. Ce fût à nouveau des vacances merveilleuses. C'est un havre de paix dans un lieu magnifique et calme. On s'y sent comme chez soi très rapidement. Tout est rapidement accessible à pied, en transports publics ou avec son propre véhicule. Beaucoup de possibilités de balades, visites et randonnées sont facilement rejoignables. Barbara est une hôte à l'écoute et attentionnée, encore merci à elle de nous avoir accueilli. Nous pensons déjà à notre prochaine venue...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ivana. La maison est très charmante, d'une propreté impeccable dans un cadre splendide, offrant une vue absolument magnifique ! Si vous cherchez le dépaysement, le calme et une nature verdoyante, vous êtes au bon endroit! Ivana est une hôte très attentionnée, généreuse et sympathique qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Merci très chère Ivana. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Die Wohnung ist sehr traditionell in einem alten Steinhaus, im wunderschönen Verzasca Tal gelegen. Der Ort ist der ideale Standpunkt, um das Tal mit der schönen Natur, aber auch Locarno und Ascona zu erkunden. Bitte beachten: der Ort ist an einem Stausee, dort kann man nicht schwimmen! Auch gibt es im Tal keine Supermärkte, Bäcker etc, Einkäufe am besten vorher erledigen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, die Küche voll ausgestattet, die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern da und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. (Es gibt steile Treppen im Haus, für sehr kleine Kinder nicht geeignet). Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Luisa's place was the perfect stay for my first solo trip to Lake Como. Caterina who helped me check in, picked me up from the bus stop even when it arrived late from Como and made sure I was okay during my stay! The house was beautiful, clean and so spacious, I would say it looks better in person than the photos! It was so peaceful and the view was beautiful to wake up to. Luisa also had some breakfast items available for me when I arrived. There were English books and extra towels, little details that made my stay so special! The house is located on a hill, so it overlooks the lake and you can see Isola Comacina from the balcony, there is a secret beach about a 15-20 min walk down with a local bar and supermarket. Lots of adorable neighbourhood cats around who are very friendly. And there are two ferry ports within walkable distance, Sala Comacina and Lenno. I found at the end of my trip, I found lots of local secret spots and areas I would not know if I stayed in a busier area!

Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

Ein kleines Appartment mit allem was man braucht in traumhafter Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die Stadt Lugano. Vorallem der kleine Garten, die Gemeinschaftsterrasse und der Pool sind wirklich ein Mehrwert. Die Seilbahn 🚠 hält quasi direkt vor der Türe 😍. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der etwas abseits von der Stadt (trotzdem super schnell erreichbar) wohnen möchte und die schöne Aussicht bevorzugt. Maddalena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, antwortet super schnell und wir durften sogar am Abreisetag eine Stunde länger schlafen und später abreisen 🫶🏻. Wir können den Olivenweg ganz in der Nähe empfehlen, schöner Weg am Wasser mit tollen Aussichtspunkten und kleinem Örtchen mit wundervoll kleinen Gassen. Eine Bootsfahrt lohnt sich auch! Ein tolles Stück Erde ☀️

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Silvia empfangen. Der Check-in verlief sehr reibungslos. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und gerne dort Zeit verbracht. Silvia hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das absolute Highlight ist der Balkon und der Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

Wat een fantastisch appartement met een uniek uitzicht. Gebruik gemaakt van de kajaks, het prachtige balkon en meer. Het dorp lijkt wel een open lucht museum. Een aanrader!

We were so comfortable in Carmina’s lovely apartment. She is a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly and showed us around the apartment as well as gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Everything was as described and it was a perfect place to stay.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Wir haben Claudios Unterkunft für unseren Italienurlaub aufgesucht und waren einfach nur beeindruckt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und vollständig eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, man konnte die Küche super zum Kochen verwenden und selbst den Garten durften wir mitnutzen. Claudio und seine Familie waren auch sehr gute Gastgeber. Beim Check-In wurde uns alles erklärt und sie haben sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten für uns eingekauft, sodass man am ersten Tag etwas zum Essen hat, auch wenn man es nicht mehr schafft, einzukaufen. Das war unsere 6. Buchung über AirBnB und mit weitem Abstand die Beste. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Italienurlaub, bei dem wir die Wohnung liebend gerne erneut buchen würden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Daniel seiner Unterkunft! Tolle Aussicht und tolles Haus. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist steil und hat kein Parkplatz, ist aber wenn man fit ist nicht wirklich schlimm. Das einzig negative ist das das Leitungswasser sehr trüb war und zum Teil dreckig. Sonst top! Danke für diese schöne Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen.

Very good value for the price! Really nice and clean, all essentail kitchen equipment is there. The view from the room is beautiful and peaceful, right at the lake. Perfect for taking walks with a doggy. The restaurant right next door is really good and stores are 2 minutes away with the car. Very good sound insulation, the building is next to a busy road but you cant hear anything from that or from the neighbors. EV charging in the area is fairly limited but not impossible. Checking in is seemless with the keycard in a lock-box. I can only recommend it!

Je n'ai pas envie de dire du bien de ce logement de peur de ne plus avoir de places pour l'année prochaine 😁. Vous l'avez compris, c'est un excellent logement mais surtout des hôtes supers sympas. Le cadre est idyllique, situé à distance égale du Lago di Lugano et du Lago di Como. Une voiture rehaussée est bien utile pour passer le chemin pavé. Le logement de Claudia et Luca a tout le nécessaire pour passer un moment en famille et décompresser. Claudia et Luca sont des hôtes très attentionnés qui répondent à toutes nos questions rapidement. ( Cela m'a été utile suite à un problème de voiture). Les chevaux ont été un plus pour ma fille qui a été ravie de pouvoir s'en occuper avec Claudia. Je recommande ce logement grandement à toute personne qui cherche le calme, des paysages magnifiques, des hôtes géniaux, et situé à 20min des grands lacs italiens. Que demander de plus? 😉

Terrazza sur lago surpassed expectations! We chose to come in from Lugano by Uber (a new service just offered in 2025), from there you do have some stairs to negotiate to the beautiful apartment. However, another option is to take a scenic ferry ride from Lugano to Gandria if you have time and want fewer stairs. Once you arrive, you will find the sparkling clean apartment better than the photos. The kitchen is spacious and very well fit out. A nice dining table provides great views of Lago Lugano. Two spacious bedrooms, both offer great lake views, one with a walk-out to a large patio area, with table, chairs, umbrella and comfy furniture for kicking back. We ate every breakfast out there taking in the lake. A quick 10 minute Uber ride puts you in Lugano - tons of restaurants, shopping and nite life. It’s also a 10 minute drive to the funicular for Mounte Bré (great views and hikes). In town - try the Olive Trail hike in Gandria or take a ferry tour of the lake. Bellissimo!
