Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Clarke County

My family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home near UGA. The house was extremely clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect - just a short walk downtown. The host was incredibly responsive, making the experience stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome place for a group of people! We had plenty of social space. Loved how the kitchen seemed to be stocked well with pots, pans, and even some ziploc bags which came in handy for us in a pinch! It is right off a main road, but that didn’t impact our stay at all. Would highly recommend!

Brian was a great host. Then house was perfect, just steps from my children. We were quite comfortable for the week and a half we stayed. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed a week in January 2025, and this is now our go-to first choice place to stay when visiting family in Athens. Easy, relaxing, peaceful, clean, lots of space. It made our week so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

Highly recommend, especially if you like to walk for your coffee, walk to a delicious dinner or the grocery store, and even walk for Jeni’s ice cream in the evening :) The host is very responsive to any questions and the house is well-kept with everything you could need for an extended stay. We all agreed this is now our #1 choice to stay at in Athens.

This home was exactly as advertised. It was EXTREMELY clean and well maintained. It took about 15 min to get to UGA and we found lots of little eateries within 2 min. The location was perfect and economical.

Internet doesn’t pick up and can’t watch t.v. Other than that the work she’s done is beautiful.

Robert was very accommodating to my group and I. The house space was perfect for a large group and had a lot of space for everyone. The backyard was absolutely amazing! The home was also close enough to downtown Athens for us to ride our bikes to and from and a short drive for an Uber/taxi if needed. Would 100% book with Robert again

We enjoy our stay everytime we stay here. Has everything we need and always clean and comfortable. Host are very kind. Would stay here again if back in the area.

We had a lovely, weeklong stay. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The home was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The amenities were superb and perfect for working from home (in the business center). I wish we had gotten more time to use them. The only few things to note, the neighbors are very loud. We could hear them each night, late at night arguing, stomping around, playing music. A previous guest had ruined their laundry door, so that caused a bit of a stir navigating to do laundry. When we arrived, the cleaners hadn’t done a complete job, but we assumed this is because we requested to check in two hours sooner than expected, of which, the host was very accommodating. He provided us with a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would totally stay here again and definitely recommend it for traveling families.

The air bnb was exactly as described! Easy to find and perfect for our short wedding weekend. Parking was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

This was my first time in Athens, and this Airbnb was great place. Felt right at home, close commute to everything while also having a nice and peaceful place stay. Definitely would stay here again!

I loved the location of the Bobbin Mill cottage. Everything was so peaceful and quiet (except for those crazy Cardinal birds - LOL!). The unit was spacious and mostly sparkling clean. The bed was so comfortable. It was good to have the two wall heaters that worked so well, since it got a little chilly on a couple of the nights of my stay. I truly appreciated the responsiveness of the people with MPM Vacation Rentals who worked with me to make it possible to check-in a little early, and then quickly refunded my early check-in fee when it turned out I couldn't get to the property until after the standard check-in time. I enjoyed the two large TVs, even though the internet service through the eero Wi-Fi device was a bit spotty. It went down numerous times during my stay. Some other suggestions I might have for the host is to stock the kitchen with more non-perishable conveniences (like coffee creamers and sweeteners) and to do some repairs on weather stripping on the front door. my two girl friends and i had a wonderful time this weekend in athens. we rented this place out to stay after a megan moroney concert (which was 10 minutes away from the stadium, akins ford arena, super convenient) and it was the best decision we could’ve made. complex is new, feels very private, absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and offered many different things (gym, pool table, pool, etc.). because it sits in the same area a publix, taco bell, mindless, and more, we were able to get all of our grocers, some food before and after the concert, and some breakfast the following morning before leaving (it is also WALKING distance which was GREAT!). the host was extremely attentive and responded almost immediately. we will for sure be staying here again whenever we have a reason to travel back up to athens. 10/10 recommendation! place was also super clean and spacious.

We had an amazing time!!! the apartment was beautiful and so well done. Phil and Erin always respond when we had any questions even before we got there. Their directions where amazing ab spot on. The kiddos loved the pool, they where only upset they couldn't swim after 10p, but it was totally ok. We will totally be back!!

Great spot! Wish we good have used some of the outdoor amenities but weather did not cooperate with our schedule! Beautiful spot!

If you appreciate rustic history this is the place for you. The updating and modernization was just enough to be completely comfortable but also appreciate how old the house was that we were staying in. Yvonne was great and stayed in contact with us in case we had an issue finding the property (which we did not), and even had some bread from a local bakery waiting for us. The place was close enough town to enjoy all that Athens has to offer but also be able to enjoy the quiet Georgia countryside.

We had a wonderful stay!! This place is absolutely beautiful right on the river with amazing views from inside and out. Lovely, huge covered porch with bed swings, extra large picnic tables, swing, ping pong table, rocking chairs and fabulous outdoor kitchen! Lots of games inside as well with lots of seating. We will definitely stay again!!

The cabin is everything that’s pictured and described PLUS more! Natalie goes the extra mile for her guests! We appreciate the kayaking and everything you did for us while we stayed!

Great location, and the backyard is a wonderful space.

This cabin was perfect for my family to spend a few days for Thanksgiving! We truly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cabin, and we prepared a great Thanksgiving meal in the well-equipped kitchen. We also made use of the great card table upstairs. The wooded property was lovely, and we had hoped to use the inviting firepit, but it was windy most of the time. We hope to revisit this cabin soon!

We enjoyed the relaxing location, the cabin with historical items from UGA and a career photographer. The suite downstairs is private and the king bed is so comfortable. The main floor has a nice bedroom as well. The bridal party got ready in it. The loft was a favorite for the view.
