Monthly Rentals in Clear Creek

Of all the shared houses I’ve stayed at this is probably the cleanest. Has part to do with what other guests are staying there but the hosts do a great job of keeping this place clean! Especially the kitchen which is typically problematic in a lot of shared spaces. Al was a great communicator and always quick to respond. Great value and location as well. Highly recommend and will look to book again next time in Charlotte

Beautiful location. Everything is as described and pictured. Quiet. I would stay again.

The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! Tastefully decorated and thoughtful furniture placement with tables/lamps/etc. The kitchen was small but mighty! Fully stocked and had everything you’d need to cook a meal! Plenty of silverware and tableware, including plastic bowls and plates for kids! The coffee and cookies were a wonderful touch! The only thing to note is regarding accessibility. The only way to access the floors are with very narrow spiral stairs. Those with young children or limited mobility may have difficulty accessing all parts of the home. You can walk/drive around out back, but it would not be convenient. There is one half bath on the main middle floor and a full bathroom downstairs. The full bathroom could also benefit from a handheld shower head for those with limited mobility as well as showering young children. We did not venture out to the outdoor spaces much, but the inside was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was lovely and so nice. We loved the peacefulness of the area and farm, Jason and Larry's friendliness and the space was thoughtfully designed and clean. We enjoyed walking around the farm and it was close to everything we needed, yet a country setting. Since we have family in the area, we would not hesitate to stay there again for an extended time because it was so nice and comfortable. While we were there, they had a farmers market and a social night on their farm with live music and activities. Just an all around great place to stay and they were kind and informative hosts.
