Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Clearwater Beach

The location was prefect, the amenities were exactly as advertised. Clean, large enough space to host our family of 22 without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kids were entertained throughout our stay and never go bored with all there is to do.

100% worth the price! Perfect size for two guests. Wouldn’t recommend anymore.

We had a great time at Ruta’s airbnb. She was always very quick to respond when we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She has everything you would need at her airbnb and she gave us great recommendations.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this Airbnb for a vacation, we looked at a lot of Airbnbs and saw the reviews for this place and they were awesome so we decided to stay here, and wow! It lived up to its standards. Very clean, the host provided us with all the basic necessities to feel at home. It was in a quiet neighborhood, as well as a perfect location nearby multiple beaches and fun activities to do. I recommend this place to any couples looking for a great priced Airbnb!

The place is exactly like the pictures! Great communication with detailed info. I love details! It was very clean, and unlike some they provide more than enough of the necessities! We were there 5 days and didn’t need to purchase anything but food. Not even koffee 🥰 We loved having the beach gear and so many beach towels provided! The first 2 days there it rained and we loved having plenty to do! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the drive to the beach is quick and easy! Highly highly recommend this place!

The moment we parked we knew that the place is exactly what we're wanting for our stay in Dunedin. It's charming, peaceful and quiet. We slept soundly and felt comfortable from Mon to Friday. Aside from the basic necessities provided, there are available beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella that made our trip to Honeymoon Island easier. Thank you for hosting us Carole! Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

This is the perfect location!! Larry and Bibisch did an amazing job with the property and we're so accommodating and friendly. My girlfriend and I definitely plan to stay at this location the next time we are in clearwater.

This was our second stay in the same unit and it was just as great as the first time. The condo is clean, well furnished, and comfy. The location is fantastic (great beach access) and the pool is great fun with the kids. Mike and Alex are great hosts- very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We are so glad that we found this spot! We look forward to visiting again!

Alise was very responsive and friendly. The house was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet area with all the beaches nearby. There's a gas station and a Publix just a short drive away—great location and a great host!

We enjoyed our stay here ! There was a lot of room for the 5 of us. Everything you will need is in the home. The gated community felt safe. The area is perfect only a 7 minute drive to beach ! The pool was beautiful and nice. Do note this condo is on the 3rd floor and has stairs only. It was not a issue for us ! Parking was not a issue , plenty of spaces. Check in and out was easy no issues. We would definitely book with Agnes and Paul again in the future :)

Perfect location! We were close to local stores and restaurants within walking distance. With two toddlers we loved the playground across the street and the on-site heated pool. The pool was clean and never crowded with plenty of chairs and lounges. There were also nice clean bathrooms at the pool so we didn't have to go back to our room. The beach was so close which was great for going back and forth as needed. The included beach toys, chairs, and towels made packing much easier. We would definitely stay at this location again!!

Marta is a pro host, she is attentive and quick to address any issues. Things happen and how those things are handled is what makes the difference between an ok experience and a great experience. I would absolutely stay at Marta's place again. Her place is equipped with all that you need to be comfortable and to feel right at home. The place is an excellent value!

Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!
