Claires house was beautiful, clearly someone who knows how to make a house feel like a home, but also have the luxury feeling of a hotel. Super clean and comfy. Claire was super responsive and helped us with all our questions. Small suggestion: a bigger bathroom rug to soak up any water from the shower and a small desk or chest of draws in the bedroom to unpack your suitcase into. Everything else was loveleyy and we will be coming again🩷

Thank you Miguel for a wonderful stay! The flat was so stylish and well kept. We were totally comfortable and really enjoyed how easy it was to get everywhere while also having a bit of distance from the crowds by the main sands. Proximity to the beach and Northdown road made it the perfect spot for our weekend trip. There are so many local and artful touches to the place, we were so glad to see Miguel’s passion for the local scene represented in the home. Thanks again and highly recommend this spot especially for the price!

My stay at the Artist’s retreat was absolutely phenomenal! Caroline was a friendly, responsive and knowledgeable host and the apartment was situated perfectly to explore Margate. I can’t wait to come back!

Nicole’s space offers gorgeous views of the water and the city, and has everything to make your stay comfortable. I would recommend, beware of the 5 flights of narrow stairs, but it makes the view worth it.

Marie's home was delightful. Easy self check in with clear instructions. We've been coming to Margate for a few years now and the location is ideal for our fave spots. The gardens opposite were very handy for our pup, who came with us. Marie kindly recommended a few places, so it was nice to discover some new finds. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Had a fabulous stay in the apartment. Everything we needed to make it home from home. A great venue for socialising and enjoying time with old friends. Situated perfectly for a short amble into Margate to enjoy all that it offers.

Lovely spacious, clean flat for 2 in a convenient location for the centre of Margate. The flat has been furnished and decorated with attention to detail. After parking the car close to the flat we walked everywhere or used the local bus. Would book again!

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Very well located, close to the old town and lots of restaurants and bars close by. Lovely top floor flat, which was clean and bright. Well equipped kitchen with all that one needs to make meals or snacks. Flat had tea, coffee and other necessities to cook (oils, salt, pepper etc). We didn’t cook, but could easily see there was enough equipment and basics to be able to. There’s a great washing machine and detergents too. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay. Really comfortable bed with good duvet and pillows. TV had many channels and Wi-Fi was easy to use. Shower was very good and powerful and there was body, hand wash and conditioner. Lovely towels and we enjoyed our two nights. Highly recommend this place as it was comfortable, clean and central.

What can I say. We had a brilliant stay at Gillian's. It was not only perfectly placed but is one of the most beautiful, fun and inspiring places I've stayed. We had a group of 7 friends staying together and all marvelled at how relaxing and well equipped it was with awesome sea views. Both lots of fun and very relaxing. thank you for letting us stay.

Jo is really lovely. Very responsive and we really appreciate her taking out booking at short notice. The flat is lovely and really well located, next to Walpole Bay.

We booked Frances’ place for a girls’ getaway, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The house was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect, and featured a stunning garden where we could relax and enjoy the summer sunshine. The location was great too: about a 30-minute walk or a quick 10-minute drive from the main centre and train station. It's also very close to Forts Café and Palm Bay Beach, with the charming old town and main beach just another 10 minutes away from there. Frances was a fantastic host. She was responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. She kindly arranged an early check-in (2pm) and a late check-out (11am), and and answered all our questions promptly. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located escape!

Great place to stay for a few nights, very clean and modern apartment and the spa bath was great. Only downside was no oven but was easily worked around. Free parking all round the apartment and was very responsive with questions we had. Would highly recommended

We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The sea view was a real highlight – perfect to wake up to each morning! Beautiful RBNB, even better than in the photos. Very well equipped. Super soothing decoration. We were greeted by Pamela with all her sympathy and who explained everything to us… great welcome!!! The accommodation is one of the best we have stayed in (balneotherapy, bedding, massage table, living room, outdoor) everything is there to spend wonderful moments. Don't miss!!!

Very nice apartment, clean👌, the balcony is nice with a beautiful sea view, the key handover went well. I recommend it for a relaxing and romantic stay.
