We really enjoyed staying in Liana and Clive's flat. It was really clean and had everything that we needed. The garden was great for our 2 year old. The location is amazing! It's directly opposite a beautiful sandy beach, with other nearby sandy beaches easily accessible by foot or by car. Broadstairs is less than 10 mins drive away. We had two cars between us so luckily we were able to use the neighbour's space too throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Claires house was beautiful, clearly someone who knows how to make a house feel like a home, but also have the luxury feeling of a hotel. Super clean and comfy. Claire was super responsive and helped us with all our questions. Small suggestion: a bigger bathroom rug to soak up any water from the shower and a small desk or chest of draws in the bedroom to unpack your suitcase into. Everything else was loveleyy and we will be coming again🩷

Thank you Miguel for a wonderful stay! The flat was so stylish and well kept. We were totally comfortable and really enjoyed how easy it was to get everywhere while also having a bit of distance from the crowds by the main sands. Proximity to the beach and Northdown road made it the perfect spot for our weekend trip. There are so many local and artful touches to the place, we were so glad to see Miguel’s passion for the local scene represented in the home. Thanks again and highly recommend this spot especially for the price!

My stay at the Artist’s retreat was absolutely phenomenal! Caroline was a friendly, responsive and knowledgeable host and the apartment was situated perfectly to explore Margate. I can’t wait to come back!

Nicole’s space offers gorgeous views of the water and the city, and has everything to make your stay comfortable. I would recommend, beware of the 5 flights of narrow stairs, but it makes the view worth it.

Marie's home was delightful. Easy self check in with clear instructions. We've been coming to Margate for a few years now and the location is ideal for our fave spots. The gardens opposite were very handy for our pup, who came with us. Marie kindly recommended a few places, so it was nice to discover some new finds. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Had a fabulous stay in the apartment. Everything we needed to make it home from home. A great venue for socialising and enjoying time with old friends. Situated perfectly for a short amble into Margate to enjoy all that it offers.

Lovely spacious, clean flat for 2 in a convenient location for the centre of Margate. The flat has been furnished and decorated with attention to detail. After parking the car close to the flat we walked everywhere or used the local bus. Would book again!

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Very well located, close to the old town and lots of restaurants and bars close by. Lovely top floor flat, which was clean and bright. Well equipped kitchen with all that one needs to make meals or snacks. Flat had tea, coffee and other necessities to cook (oils, salt, pepper etc). We didn’t cook, but could easily see there was enough equipment and basics to be able to. There’s a great washing machine and detergents too. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay. Really comfortable bed with good duvet and pillows. TV had many channels and Wi-Fi was easy to use. Shower was very good and powerful and there was body, hand wash and conditioner. Lovely towels and we enjoyed our two nights. Highly recommend this place as it was comfortable, clean and central.

What can I say. We had a brilliant stay at Gillian's. It was not only perfectly placed but is one of the most beautiful, fun and inspiring places I've stayed. We had a group of 7 friends staying together and all marvelled at how relaxing and well equipped it was with awesome sea views. Both lots of fun and very relaxing. thank you for letting us stay.

We had a great time in Jo’s place! It is perfectly located for all amazing Margate has to offer, and was a brilliant base whilst we were down from London for a weekend for a friend’s birthday. Jo was so easy to liaise with and we loved all her incredible art!

We booked Frances’ place for a girls’ getaway, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The house was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect, and featured a stunning garden where we could relax and enjoy the summer sunshine. The location was great too: about a 30-minute walk or a quick 10-minute drive from the main centre and train station. It's also very close to Forts Café and Palm Bay Beach, with the charming old town and main beach just another 10 minutes away from there. Frances was a fantastic host. She was responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. She kindly arranged an early check-in (2pm) and a late check-out (11am), and and answered all our questions promptly. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located escape!

Stella has a fantastic two bed apartment here with wonderful views out to the water. Everything is within walking distance whether that be shops, pubs or just a nice stroll along the coastline! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Kent and get the best of both worlds being so close to the station and city but also being on the doorstep of so much greenery and countryside. Stella was fantastic as was her assistant Natasha.

Great hosts , perfect accommodation. Ideal location to visit Folkestone. Hosts have thought of everything and made our weekend special. Great to have private use of the hot tub , and the Alexa was great ! We will definitely be returning 😊. Thank you xx

Our stay went very well! Clear instructions, apartment as advertised. Very nice apartment between the beach and the city center, very nicely decorated and comfortable.

Stayed with three friends for a 50th birthday in town and Helen looked after us so well. Everything just perfect for spending a couple of days catching up and the hottub was the crowning glory. Thoroughly recommended.

Chloe was a fabulous host, had left milk, wine and tea/ coffee for us to use! There was a great map showcasing the walking nearby and the flat itself was great 😊

Very nice apartment, clean👌, the balcony is nice with a beautiful sea view, the key handover went well. I recommend it for a relaxing and romantic stay.
