Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Clintonville, Columbus

A quiet neighborhood, all the amenities inside the home, very clean, and such beautiful decorations inside and out. We will definitely only reserve your home when we return to Ohio. Thank you again! The house and property were truly beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the beds, linens, spacious kitchen/dining area, 2 living rooms, and the landscaping was so beautiful. The backyard is private and very large. It’s lined with mature trees, stunning bamboo, landscaping lights, and several areas with seating for 2 or 3. The fire pit is stocked with wood. We were so surprised at the beauty of the yard, flowers, and plants. The house was spacious and clean. Carolyn was great. She responded promptly to requests and questions and was very accomodating. We highly recommend this place. 10 / 10

Wonderful place! Felt like home away from home. Our kids asked if we could move in permanently. We told them we would at least come back! :) Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed. Responses were kind and compassionate when conversing about reason for stay(family member with serious health issues) even offering to extend our stay if needed. The house was clean and had plenty of character. We especially appreciated the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, the oversized “movie watching couch” as the kids called it, the artwork, and the cupboard under the stairs. **While it is kid friendly, we would choose to stay here with a group of friends as well. The neighborhood was full of life but not so much that it felt crowded or busy. There is the nicest little grocery store within walking distance with many clean and vegan options which we really appreciate as we have many dietary restrictions. Would definitely recommend. Plan to return.

We came as a group for the Memorial Classic and it was perfect. Awesome place and area. We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay here. We love the space and the expansive view of the garden through the large windows is spectacular. And listening to all the wonderful birds in the cluster of the bamboo is a real treat. We will definitely come here again in the future.

We stayed here for my graduation and it was absolutely perfect and not too far from OSU! The space was so cute, clean, and had such a comfy, at-home feeling. It was the perfect place for my family and me to relax and celebrate. The host was incredibly sweet and always quick to respond to any messages. We accidentally left a phone and laptop behind after checkout, and the host was so kind and quick to help us get everything back without any hassle. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we would absolutely stay here again!

We were in town for a family wedding, and Tam & Jason's place was just perfect for our family! It was spotless, and full of everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time away from home. Their attention to detail was 2nd to none. They even left us a sweet note, and treats for people and pets alike! Their home is cozy, with room to spread out. The backyard area is a very peaceful, garden-like setting. We enjoyed cooking breakfast on the Blackstone and gathering on the deck with morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked, we wanted for nothing. We are also AirBnB hosts and appreciate the time and effort that Tam and Jason have put into making guests feel right at home! It was an A+++ In our book! We look forward to our next visit!

Too many wonderful things to say about this place, so I’ll just focus on what is most important to me. It was spotless and so very clean. The beds were amazing. The sheets and pillows and towels and all the stuff that should be fresh, ready to go and hygienic, were. Clean bathroom. Gorgeous decor. Smells fresh. Beautiful neighborhood.

I can’t say enough great things about Joshua’s place- it’s exactly as described and looked just like the pictures in the listing. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need- we made a meaning the kitchen and it was full stocked! Joshua was super responsive and helpful. The parking spot in the garage was a lifesaver! Would definitely recommend Joshua’s place to anyone needing a place to stay in Columbus!

My husband and I loved the apartment, felt quite big for two people and had everything you could ask for. Modern, tidy, pretty clean, I find it a perfect option for a couple in Columbus!

Such a cool place with a fun vibe! We loved the comic book theme throughout. Excellent hosts who were very helpful, thorough and quick to respond! Highly recommend!

We loved this rental! From the detail of the house right down to the furnishings, the hosts nailed it! The Sleep Number beds were an excellent addition to already stunning place!

The apartment was excellent. It was easy to locate, and the parking was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The host was highly responsive and the check-in and checkout instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the Columbus area.

Absolutely fantastic weekend staying here at Dan & Julie’s. I believe the pictures of the cabin & the area did not do it justice because it’s even more stunning in person. The wildlife is charming and the peaceful vibe allows you to escape the hustle & bustle of everyday life. The amenities are absolutely great. We loved the hot tub and that they had all the gear we needed to sit down by the lake to fish. It was our first time down to Hocking Hills & it certainly won’t be our last! We will be back & be staying here again no doubt.

This was our second stay at this cabin and it was even better than the first! William is a great host and the cabin is amazing. Location and amenities are top notch. Will be back again for sure!

This cabin was absolutely perfect! Tucked away in beautiful Hocking Hills, it was the ideal mix of cozy, clean, and peaceful. The hosts went above and beyond—thoughtful touches everywhere, quick responses, and genuine hospitality. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Cute, private cabin with amazing trails on property. We loved sitting on the front porch each morning and exploring the trails in the evening. Very peaceful and had everything we needed.

Chris was so kind and responsive. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The fire pit was so nice to have on summer nights while we were there and contributed memories to our stay. My boyfriend and I hiked a lot while we were there and the drive was absolutely doable to the best hiking areas.

Everything was amazing and just as we had hoped. It was a perfect get away. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved Hemlock Retreats. The location was perfect for day trips around the Hocking Hills area. The house itself was very comfortable and welcoming. Hot tub and path to winery were definite bonuses. This was a fantastic setting for out family trip.
