Individuals, Mireille and Philippe rent this 25 m2 studio, totally independent, with private entrance. On the first floor of a beautiful house located in a quiet area, it is the sweetness of life assured 2 km from the city center. The 15 m2 terrace is a plus to recharge your batteries while contemplating the edge of the wood at the bottom of the garden. You will have a lockable bike garage and access to the pool. For your information, our home is located 3 km from the A10 highway access.

The Gites benefit from beautiful thick stone walls which help keep the rooms cool in the summer, whilst retaining the heat in the winter. The Hanger provides a great place to sit and eat anytime of the day (or just sit and relax) with that all important shade in the summer. We live in the house on the other side of the courtyard and are there to provide you with any assistance you may need with your stay, or to leave you in peace to enjoy your relaxing holiday at Les Grandes Ecures.

This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.
