We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Townhouse ideally located in Cognac. In a very quiet area, 8 minutes walk from Place François 1er, the Public Garden (where the Cognac Blues Passion Festival takes place) or the Cognac Festival site. Free street parking is available. The house has a very cozy exterior without any overlook where you can quietly have lunch and dinner on the terrace or cool off in the pool in summer (2 m X 2 m x 0.64 m). Bathroom towels and bedding are provided.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , consisting of a bedroom, bathroom ( shower, sink), toilet, common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.
