The apartment is superbly renovated. The finishes are luxurious and contemporary. It is very well equipped, there is even a sonos installation with baffles built into the ceilings. Nicolas is charming and the instructions are very clear. Qq small notes in the context of the high season premium rate: the apartment is located in a bend of the road of the pass of the aravis, some of the windows overlook the mountain with a sublime view, but some windows (including the terrace) overlook this road; and the walking distance to the ski slopes is actually 300m.

A really comfortable and extremely well appointed chalet, with stunning mountain views. Everything was spotless and Anita and assistant Coralie friendly and easy to communicate with. The hot tub was fabulous! Visitors need to ensure you shop before arrival, as there is no welcome pack in terms of milk/bread etc, although we were given a bottle of delicious local wine. No toiletries provided, so again, come with your own packed. The chalet is perfect for those wanting a quiet mountain retreat. A car is essential to get around the area and make the most of the fantastic hiking trails around, which are very well sign posted. We had a wonderful stay, the chalet is an absolute delight.

We were thrilled with this beautiful chalet. The place looked the same as in the pictures. The furnishings were very high quality and complete and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. The cleanliness of the chalet was also impeccable. The view from the garden to Mont Blanc was our daily highlight and our children enjoyed the private and spacious garden very much. The check-in and check-out was very straightforward and Florian was a very accommodating host. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb so far!!!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had the most fabulous time. It was a 70th birthday celebration and ten of us descended on the chalet for the weekend. The accommodation worked perfectly and the facilities suited us brilliantly. The views are stunning, the local boulangerie good value, and the walks very worthwhile. The chalet itself is charming in the local wooden style - as in the website photo. Thankfully we took loads of photos for the memories!!
