Holiday rentals with beach access in Colac Otway Shire

Wonderful place, perfect for a weekend getaway. Amazing location, close to the beach and town. Place had everything we needed, was cosy and comfortable in wet and cold weather. Bernadette’s instructions were perfect and timely, check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend.

The Couples Beachfront Retreat at Apollo Bay offered a comfortable and modern apartment ideally situated for the town centre and beach. The accommodation is very modern, well-presented and clean, with excellent amenities, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid and Peter kept us well informed prior to our arrival. My wife and I were very satisfied with our experience there.

We had a great stay at the Beach Studio Unit — the view was absolutely stunning and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Such a peaceful and beautiful spot. Would definitely recommend!

Susan’s apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our getaway. It was the perfect location, close to the shops and restaurants but off the main strip so it is not noisy. Susan was very responsive, provided lots of information and even checked in with us as soon as the power went out (for a few seconds). The early check in and late check out were a bonus!

Our stay at apollo blue was very relaxing, the apartment was very comfortable and we felt right at home with everything we needed for a short break away The location with the views from the living areas across Apollo bay were just perfect

An amazing stay at Marengo. A short trip to Apollo Bay where you can have a great meal. The king bedroom view is spectacular and it was so lovely waking up to the ocean and sunrise while in the comfort of the bed. Would stay again!

We had a great 2 night stay, it was perfect for 4 couples. We very much enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the views, being joined by a kookaburra and a cockatoo as well. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus for getting ready for a wedding as we did, and sitting by the fire was a great way to end our days.

The host is very responsive on guiding us to the location of the stay although it was quite late at night when we check-ed in. The house is prefect , retreat style and luxurious design , cozy and comfy, you can enjoy breathtaking views of great ocean road from any part of the house. It has very well equipped kitchen and warm bathrooms, also with a bathtub with sea view . The Bose music speakers are pretty cool. This is one of my most favourite Airbnb stay, we will definitely love to come back again!

Nicks place was one word: phenomenal. Not only were the team absolutely amazing and helpful, but we went there and felt like it was our own. The home is as seen in photos, above the ocean in the sky. Surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. The walkway into the Airbnb was made to perfection. The team put a lot of effort in to every corner of that place. We even had a wonderful 90 minute massage done overlooking the ocean! As a female, to see an original GHD straightener for their guests blew my mind. The candles by the bath - the welcoming fairy lights. It’s the small things that made this place better than what i expected. The ocean, the home, the host. 100/10. Highly recommended to all and definitely will return.

Fantastic place for the Great Ocean Road Race - just a short walk down to the bus stop. The place itself was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

The house is in such a great spot - close to the beach, General store and the fab Wye Pub. It rained for most of our stay - which was actually lovely - keeping the fire stoked, reading books and watching the wild ocean with a glass of red was delightful. Mary is a great host - super responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay here. Such a beautiful view from the deck and bedroom. Laying in bed listening to the waves was perfect. Even though we had a very cold weekend and lost power one day the house stayed warm with the wood fire. Beds were very comfortable and warm. everything you could think you needed was provided. Easy walk to the Wye River store and cafe. Would love to come back in summer and be able to relax on the deck watching the ocean.
