Holiday rentals with a balcony in Colico

Beautiful property with lakefront view. Perfect place for my family to enjoy visiting Lake Como. Easily accessible to all restaurants, ferries and gelato shops. Highly recommend!

I really liked the accommodation, the only thing we had was by car and there were no problems with trips to the center. If there is no car, it takes 50 minutes to get to the city center or to the station.

great accommodation, but a small downer is the fact that it is located directly on the busy SS320dir on which you can drive from Como (practically always with a lake view) to the northern end of the lake (but of course it is not the fault of the hostess). The view from the terrace is still epic and shops and places can be reached in a short time if you are mobile. We had a great time. Only a slightly later checkout (before 10 a.m.) would have been nice so that you can have breakfast and pack in peace on the last day.

This apartment was really nice in many ways. Great location and view from the balcony, the pizzeria just beside had the best pizza we had in all our vacation in Italy this summer. The apartment was clean and really cozy! If we are going back to lake Como we are for sure renting this again🙏🏽😀

Very nice place with amazing view , clean house, properly equipped kitchen The host very friendly and helpful. As advice, I would recommend a washing machine and a more accessible place to throw garbage, but this is a personal opinion, all in all it was very good, we would definitely come back with pleasure. We spent a lovely week here and enjoyed the house very much. It has all the appliances one needs and especially the garden was beautiful.

We had a very pleasant stay with 9 adults and 3 children. The house is beautiful, first-class amenities (also children's dishes and cutlery are available, as well as high chairs, crib and some toys) and plenty of space and retreat options to retreat in the house and garden. The lake and shopping facilities are within walking distance (or by stroller) in 5/10 minutes. The communication on site and with the hostess worked without any problems. A small deduction, as the WLAN in the rooms on the upper floor and in the basement is only weakly available or not available at all. Otherwise highly recommended.

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

A great place to stay that matches the pictures. If you like peace and nature around you, this is the place to be. The view over the lake is gigantic and Casa Il Nibio is well equipped. We were completely satisfied and would come back!

Great, clean and modern furnished apartment with everything you need and great view of the lake. The hosts welcomed us very nicely and were always available. You could also use the stand up paddle and canoes of the property. The apartment is located at the north end of the lake and we felt it was not quite as busy as in the more southern villages. Due to the location directly on the street, it is a bit louder, which did not bother us further. The direct access to the lake was always worth it and we would definitely go back.

Super nice and clean holiday home with large garden. From the balcony of the upper room you have a wonderful view of the Comer See. Kitchen is equipped with just everything you need. You should bring something like soap or dishwasher tabs yourself. The location is very quiet, but some serpentines away from the lake or center of the individual places. Accordingly, the nearest shopping facilities are also about 15-20 min away. Here you are dependent on the car. Adelia is a super nice hostess, and responds very quickly if you need anything. If you can speak Italian, this is an advantage :)

We had a wonderful stay in Verceia and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautifully refurbished with a modern yet cozy feel, and it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely outdoor space. The views from the house are truly stunning—waking up to the mountains and lake each morning was unforgettable. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, hiking, or exploring the surrounding area. We felt completely at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. This was one of the most peaceful and scenic places we’ve stayed, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
