The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

The large south balcony offers you a view of the romantic Gsieser - Tal as well as the foothills of the Dolomites. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth box are also at your disposal.

Our apartment PUSTERTAL is an apartment on its own floor on the 1st floor of our farm. It offers 160 m² of living space, 4 bedrooms (each with its own sink & balcony), 2 bathrooms with shower, bidet & toilet and a large kitchen for a cozy get-together with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, satellite TV & Wi-Fi. 2 more toilets are located in the staircase for sharing with the guests from the other apartments in our house.
