Relax in this special and peaceful accommodation and leave your everyday worries behind. You'll be living in the city centre of Cologne, but you'll feel like you're in the countryside. I have chickens, ducks and sheep. I also have a dog, Gina, and a cat, Luzie. There is a small living room and a spacious bathroom above which is the sleeping loft under the pointed roof. The mattress is 140 metres wide. There is therefore plenty of room for 2 people. A possible 3rd person/children on the sofa

Combined kitchen and living room with sleeping loft - access via a steep staircase - sleeping places for 2/3 people, sofa bed in the living room, hallway and private bathroom, parking at the house. Private terrace in the courtyard, quietly located. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops, local recreation lake and forest nearby.

The apartment has one bedroom with one large box spring bed (180x200) And a living and dining/working area, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The couch can be transformed into a bed (140 x 200) 2 to 3 people will find enough space here, if necessary also 4 people (this is only in exceptional cases) The Rhine is only a stone's throw away.

2.5 room apartment with terrace + kitchen for 1-7 people

Very flexible. One room can accommodate 2 people (or 3 if necessary), and the other room can accommodate up to 5-6 people. The beds can be arranged flexibly to create 7 single beds or 3 double beds. The vaulted cellar with a counter and bar stools can be shared, but is not in use. 1 parking space is included directly at the house. You can bring your own bed linens and towels for free or order them for an additional charge of €6 or €3 per person.

The freshly and lovingly renovated apartment is located directly on the Rhine and in the annex of our own residential building. The furnishing is modern and functional. From the TV to the teaspoon, everything is available. A beautiful large meadow by the water invites you to barbecue, enjoy or even work.

Fast Wi-Fi, quiet place. Private Living room / Sleeping room with big bed. Private kitchen. Private sunny balcony. Shared Bathroom. (during office hours by my employee from time to time, and i use the washing machine from time to time) Shared Washing Machine and Dryer in the basement. All trams, trains and buses within walking distance, nearest tram 50m = 27 seconds ;-) Car park on the street for 4 Euros per day around 700m away.

This spacious house (55m2) is extremely suitable for hikers, cyclists and families with kids. Right next to the house is the Eifel National Park, and a few minutes' drive away is the Rursee. This is one of the largest reservoirs in Germany and offers many water sports opportunities. From the balcony, you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel.
