Here you have your own little house with space for up to 4 people. The guest house is located in Cologne-Mülheim, on the right bank of the Rhine, the multi-cultural metropolis of "Schäl Sick". Located close to the Rhine, you can get to the city quickly thanks to the good transport links. The entire guest house was renovated and refurbished in spring 2021 and offers comfort and cosiness. The solidly built, well-insulated garden house with covered terrace is located in the back of the beautiful garden. It is equipped with electric heating and fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.

Das von unserem Wohnhaus unabhängige Häuschen (wir wohnen auf demselben Grundstück) besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einem Bad. In dem Wohnraum mit kleiner Couch,die nicht zum Schlafen geeignet ist,und Esstisch befindet sich auch eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Platten Herd, Geschirr, Kaffemaschine (Senseo), Mikrowelle usw. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat die Größe 160x200. Als Verbindung zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegt das Duschbad. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Häuschen.

Es ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen, aber dennoch nah zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein großes Einkaufscenter ist nur 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Am Anfang und Ende der Straße sind genug kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden. Bitte beachtet das unsere Straße eine Einbahnstraße ist. .
